My central air went out and in the middle of A heat wave there's a two week wait for repair. I decided to get a small window unit just so I could have one cool room while I wait. (Cheaper than a hotel room for two weeks!). I got someone in the correct department on the first try with only a very short wait. When I got there there was a stack of new units only a short distance from the door. Thank goodness since I'm still waiting for spine surgery and every step hurts. There was someone right there to help me get the box on the cart. Very short wait at check out. Someone to take it out to the car for me. I am so grateful to have an extra little bit of help while I'm waiting to hopefully get my back fixed. Really Made my day. I had to drive further because other stores were out of stock but it was worth it since I saved well more than the price of gas for not having to pay sales tax.
