So i went into the store today to buy the large bottle of Listerine, and I grabbed 2 of them when I saw a sign saying "2 for $8". Well when I got up to the checkout, the nice customer service lady told me they were actually 10.99 a bottle, and the sign must have been wrong. So the manager and I walked back to the aisle, and she saw that the price sticker sign was in the wrong spot, BUT she gave both bottles to me for $8 anyway, even though I didn't ask her to. Now THAT is great customer service!

Pharmacies in this state are very over regulated and our insurance companies contol a lot of our prescription medication distribution. Frank's does an expert job of maneuvering through the maze, while always giving the utmost respect to me as their customer. I also love that they have home delivery available.

Yes, but he told me he would follow up to tell my doctor what was needed and never contacted him. News alert! my doctor is busier than you are and has people's lives in his hands. Yes, you have peoples lives in your hands also, but you don't act like it. I am talking about a specific incident but it continues to happen too frequently. Same story, lack of communication and blaming the doctor! If they talk to the doctor they probably blame the patient. I also notice that getting questions answered when you have questions about how to take a medication or side effects sometimes is good sometimes not. Why should I trust it then? I have read some of these reviews here and seen a lot of comments about the horrible customer…read moreservice. I have been there twice now and everyone one there was super nice and helpful! The people who work at the counter were pleasant and helped me right away. Both pharmacist I saw were great and this last time I told the pharmacist I wasn't going straight home and since my medication need to be refrigerated would it be a huge deal. He went in the back and got me an ice pack and wrapped my meds in that. Just went that little extra mile for the customer.

Are they dumb or just don't care to communicate anything I can't read on the sheet they give me? I can read, I would like a pharmacist who knows something! And I see someone mentioning syringes. First they wouldn't give me any, though they were part of the order, then upon my doctor's insistence (a waste of his time of course) they gave me some. Those syringes were so cheaply designed I couldn't even use them and bought my own.
