I was quoted 158 for this job the day prior over the phone and I confirmed at the start of the appointment if that would be the price. My brakes were in poor shape, missing a brake pad on one side and the mechanics spent an extra 15-20 mins working on my cylinder. At the end of the job, Chris informed me that they got air on the line and would have to bleed the brakes. (I've always had my brakes bled at the end of any brake job so this is standard for me to have done whenever I get my breaks done. They told me this would be an extra 120 dollars at the end of the job. My father is a mechanic and said that price was a little high just to bleed the brakes and was very familiar with the procedure. He told me "go call your dad and ask him to send you more money." When I asked if they could take 20 bucks off and knock the price down to 100 from 120 he asked me to tell him how old I was which I thought was rude and uncalled for. I told him I was 30 and he proceeded to say "wow you look 18" and said "one day you're going to have to learn that everything in life isn't free sweetheart." When I went to his office to pay he also said I'm going to have to buy him lunch because they spent extra time working on my car than they planned. Disgusting behavior. I would not recommend this shop to any woman (or really anyone) unless you want to be taken advantage of and upsold. They ended up bleeding one brake so my car would be somewhat drivable. My interior dashboard was also scratched up when I got my car back from them.

As a business, they need to have a more organized business that does not treat customers like they are an inconvenience and need to do simple fixes right the first time. Not the 3rd time. I looked at my yelp app to see where I could get an inspection on a Saturday. I called this location because they said inspection Station. The gentleman and his answer the phone and said they only do inspections. I asked for the cost he gave me to cost based on The year of my vehicle, and if I had tinted windows or not. After arriving at the location I was approached by a man who was wearing a mask for safety purposes, he told me to park right where I am and go inside of the blue door. In less than five minutes I saw my car parked back out front and the man walked back around the outside to the office area and told me everything was good charge me $23 gave me my receipt in my inspections papers and I was on my way. The service was fast and easy and made getting my inspection for the first time in Charlotte very easy. I will be coming to this location as long as I'm in North Carolina.
