There can be lots of variability in parts that can be used, and claiming OEM. Simple question but vague, dismissive answer after paying over $1000 for the work. After getting my keys, I opened the hood to check the engine area (something I always do after having engine work done). Found a pair of pliers left in the engine compartment. Same mechanic came out seeing me with the hood open and asked if there was a problem, to which I said yes and handed him the pliers noting where I found them. Price as high as the dealer.
