The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the livestream cameras. They tend to be blurry, and it's difficult to clearly identify my dog when watching. Even when I'm connected directly to the internet rather than Wi-Fi, the cameras still appear blurry. I just wish the cameras in the play areas were a bit clearer. Overall though, we've had a really positive experience and Susie always comes home happy and tired.

On a recent trip out of town, Brenda quickly noticed that our cat was having a serious medical issue that required a trip to an emergency clinic. Not only did Brenda transport our cat, but she stayed with her until the doctor on duty could speak with me and a decision was made for her care. Brenda spent in excess of five hours making sure our cat was getting the care she needed. Since that time Brenda has continued to check in on her and us. Brenda is an angel!

The cat area is PERFECT for CATS! They have good size sleeping areas with separate sleeping and separate litter box area. They have a safe area where they can roam about during the day. The girls send customers daily reports and photos on how the cats are doing. I just loved the place for my babies. I highly recommend them. It's a good feeling, to go on holiday, and know your pets are taken good care of.

Noah was a bundle of chaos, and Saint was well-behaved but needed some fine-tuning. Their confidence and obedience skyrocketed, and we've never felt closer to them. Plus, we learned how to keep up the training at home, which was super helpful!
