From the moment we walked in and told them our baby was overheating they immediately rushed to help her. Both doctors who cared for Autumn were compassionate and honest with us throughout the entire process. The night staff and day staff were incredible and every tech who helped Autumn treated her with so much care. A very special thank you to Sara. Your beautiful words about God and miracles brought us comfort during an incredibly difficult and scary time. I will always remember your kindness and the hope you gave us when we needed it most. I also really appreciated the honesty from the hospital regarding treatment and charges. For example when the oxygen tank was not used for all of the hours originally anticipated they were honest about it instead of charging us for something Autumn did not receive. That meant a lot to us. Unfortunately our beautiful Autumn continued to decline and we ultimately had to say goodbye to her. It was absolutely heartbreaking but I will always be grateful for everyone who fought alongside us to try to save her. My only concern was the hospital's payment policy regarding 24 hour care. Autumn was only hospitalized for approximately 6 hours and I don't personally feel it is fair to require payment based on a full 24 hours when an animal does not remain hospitalized for that entire period. I hope ownership considers reviewing that policy because everything else about the care we received was compassionate and professional. Thank you to both doctors and every member of the day and night teams who cared for Autumn. Thank you for moving quickly when she needed you most and for being honest with us throughout her treatment. Most importantly thank you for treating our baby like she mattered. Shes my baby She was spayed at the Riverside animal shelter and 5 days later she had a small incision burst. I decided to take her Sunday i arrived at 3:30pm. They were transparent about the wait time, clear and transparent about initial fee for consult. (Very affordable for emergency vet) My baby Amadala and I went in at 5:00pm. I didn't mind the wait and the staff had already set that expectation which I really do appreciate They took her to the back and did a review. Dr. Diaz came back and said that it's best to keep it open, let it heal and just keep an eye on it. She explained that It's okay for it to drain. They gave me supplies to clean and maintain the wound and medicine, also prescribed antibiotics. My total emergency room visit was about $145!!! Sooooo affordable!!!!!! People complaining about the price? This vet is very affordable. Especially for ER visit!! My kitty is very very friendly and loving and calm so sedation was not needed or any extra procedures. This emergency room vet is incredible. I am sorry for those who had a bad experience but I genuinely feel that this staff was incredibly kind, sweet and showed tons of empathy. My kitty was not scared of the staff at all If you are unsure and just need a consult and are afraid for your kitty and in need of a quick check I highly recommended this facility. They are wonderful! They even called me today to check on her Also the place is very very clean!!!!!!! Staff is very clean!! Just 10/10!

Boarded our cat for a few nights while we went out of town. When I originally spoke with them over…read morethe phone they sounded extremely professional, said they offer photographs daily of our pet and that they would need to see vaccination paperwork at drop off. Called a second time to book a tour of where our cat would be staying - I was told by Ryan that having visitors come to the back would disrupt the dogs' experience.... Mkay. He said I could come in and see photos of the cat's lodge in the office and he has some on his phone. At drop off, there were many dogs in the office so be aware this is more of a business catered to dogs than cats. My cat was already stressed, not a shocker but still annoying. When it was my turn, they confirmed the dates she will be staying, literally took her to the back and didn't ask about vaccination or anything. It was very fast and felt off, but whatever. When I asked to see photos of where she would be staying they acted strange, as if my question was taboo. They didn't have any they could show me so I literally dropped my cat off and have no idea where she is going. Awesome. I left and in the car called to speak to someone who would send me photos - it was odd how they made it so difficult to send me 1 photo. They said they did take a photo but the cat was blurry so they will try again later.....Huh??? It's not hard to send a photo in 2026. Anyways, at pick up when they brought out my cat, they gave her back to me in the WRONG CARRIER. That was my sign that this business is shady and unorganized. The guy panicked when I told him the carrier wasn't mine and took them an additional 10 minutes to get the right one. And yes, I checked to see that they gave me the right cat. They also included a dirty old cat toy in the carrier covered in hair that was not ours. Gross. Very chaotic - never will be returning and would not recommend.

Fabio just loves her! Julie also has gone above & beyond. Our smoke alarm went off while we were gone (false alarm) and Julie notified us & took care of it! Additionally you don't have to worry about your home looking like a target when you're gone. Her car has no advertising on it, and she'll bring in any packages & check your mail.
