So, I decided to start researching some companies to take care of replacing my windshield. Of course my first thought is "guess I'll Safelite." And I got the quote.. I thought to myself, "Man, there's bound to be better prices around here." And was I right about that. I decided to grab a quote from precision auto glass through their website. The website was well constructed, operated smoothly, and was esthetically pleasing. The quote process was easy and I recieved a follow up the very next day via text (I applied for the quote on a Sunday evening). After a few questions about my vehicle, they expeditiously fired a quote to me. And was I shocked to see that VERY REASONABLE price. Fast forward to my scheduled appointment. The staff there were all very friendly and quick to go ahead and take my keys and get me checked in. Decent waiting area with comfortable seating and a TV if you decide to stay. It was identified that I had provided them with poor information about the type of windshield I needed (due to having a rain sensor I was not aware of). They notified me of the issue and said they would have to reschedule to allow them to order the appropriate windshield for my vehicle. They originally told me it would cost more. I rescheduled and went about my day. No more than 30 mins later, I recieved a text from them saying the other windshield was more but they would still keep my ORIGINAL quote! Went in to my next appointment. They had it done less than an hour, and I walked out of there spending CONSIDERABLY LESS than I would have, had I went with anyone else. And the price includes lifetime rock chip repair as long as the glass was installed by them! (Which we all have taken some good rock shots on I-15). Great local business, with great employees and great business practices. Would recommend to some of my closest family and friends, included my retired defender brethern, Big Red. Thanks Precision Auto Glass and family. I'll send em your way, and hopefully I don't have to see you soon!

I needed a rock chip repair and found these guys on a Google search. I had called several places…read moreto get a quote and Pro One was the best price after reviewing my photos of the chip. Dylan quoted a flat fee for the first chip and a minor cost for additional chips. They also offered mobile service which was very convenient. We booked a time over email for them to come and perform the repair. They arrived right on time, and both Dylan and Trevin were there. Trevin greeted me and started the work. I had a second small chip that they agreed to fix as well. They worked fairly fast and did a great job making both chips disappear. There was only a minor blemish visible at both chip locations. They were upfront with an additional charge if I used a credit card to pay. If I used cash, there would not be additional costs. When we were settling up for payment, Dylan said he would not charge me for the second chip as it was small. I agreed to pay cash and felt very satisfied with the experience. I would definitely recommend Pro One for great service and fair pricing.

So grateful for the awesome work Precision Auto Glass did on my 2007 Honda CRV…read more Although my car is older, their work and attention to detail was no less than 100%. Ensuring that my broken windshield was replaced the way it should be was nothing short of outstanding. That is, having to clear out all the Glue (instead of molding) that the previous V Glass company used, really instilled in me the sense that I was dealing with professionals. All this was done during the last snow storm we had which rendered my car totally dirty, which they never complained about. They just cleaned it up and did what they had to do. I highly recommend Precision Auto Glass to anyone wanting top notch work, handled by professionals. Can't thank Precision Auto Glass enough for their great customer service and the professional way in which they handled my car. Thank you!

When they called me with the price quote, they included a few things that were recommended but not necessarily needed. The price tag was still high but we worked it down to a spot that would keep my car running safely for the lowest price possible. I didn't try to get another quote, because I felt like the price ultimately was fair and did not include and unnecessary stuff like you get from shady mechanics trying to make an extra buck. It was MLK Day and I needed the car back the same day. They got it all done with time to spare. A few days later, they sent me brownies in the mail! That's never happened before. This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish…read more Our car was held overnight without anyone informing us. At no point did the shop proactively contact us -- we had to reach out every single time just to get basic updates. Even then, the information we were given did not match the actual timeline, and things repeatedly took longer than what we were told. To make matters worse, we were never notified when the car was finished. We only discovered it was done because we showed up in person, where it was found sitting in the parking lot. If we hadn't gone in ourselves, there's no telling how long it would have stayed there. We were also explicitly told we would receive a discount for the inconvenience, but when we checked out, no discount was applied and nothing was said about it. Between the lack of communication, misleading timelines, holding our vehicle overnight without consent or notice, and failing to honor what was promised, this shop showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. We paid a significant amount of money and received poor service in return. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this place to anyone.
