If you are looking for the best place in Auburn to protect your vehicle, look no further than Casey…read moreat Auburn Ceramic Pro (Hot Shots Detailing). From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely top-notch. First off, Casey is just a super nice guy. He is incredibly communicative, always available to answer questions or figure out scheduling, and really goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable with the process. The shop itself is in a great location, and his pricing is fantastic for the elite level of work he and his partners put out. I brought him my brand new 2026 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium (in the Underground color) for the full treatment: a 5-year Ceramic Pro coating, Paint Protection Film (PPF) for the front end, and ceramic window tint. The results are genuinely unbelievable. The ceramic coating gave the paint a flawless, glass-like finish that looks better than it did sitting on the showroom floor. The PPF installation is absolute perfection--they took the time to do a true custom install, wrapping the film completely around the edges of the body panels so the lines are 100% hidden. You literally cannot tell the film is even there. On top of the exterior work, the ceramic window tint is a total game-changer. It is amazing how much heat it holds back from the intense California sun; the cabin stays so much cooler now. If you care about your vehicle, trust Casey to take care of it. The attention to detail, the customer service, and the final results are simply unmatched. I couldn't be happier! - Mark

I called the last place that I used on my Cayenne (who did a great job and were professional), but their prices were much higher than in the spring of this year for ceramic tint. I decided to shop around. That's when I saw all of the great reviews for A+ which honestly made me a little bit skeptical, but I decided to reach out anyway. I messaged with someone for a day or two, and then I decided just to make the appointment. A+'s pricing was about $200 less than the last place that I took my last car to. They were able to get me in the very next day! That was surprising and a welcomed relief to my light sensitive eyes. When I arrived, I was greeted and we discussed my tinting preferences. After the game plan was made, I felt confident that I was going to get exactly what I wanted as far as the darkness in the vehicle. I came prepared to wait for hours on end, and in just over an hour, my vehicle was completed! I believe there were three gentlemen working on my windows, so that was great teamwork. I'm already planning on bringing my husband's truck back for tinting as a Hanukkah gift, but I will also be recommending this place to anyone and everyone because they really do warrant all of the great reviews! Great business, great people, great products, and great workmanship.

They did a fine job on my car (I have a basic Ford Escape, nothing fancy). I was told there was a Lifetime Guarantee! I noticed lately, the tinting on the right front passenger door is scrunching up. I couldn't find my receipt but I figured they would have me in their system, and so I drove down there and talked to someone in person, who gave me the impression he was in charge. He told me that they don't keep any information in the system and there was nothing he could do for me. He said I would need to find my receipt from 4 years back?! What?! Seriously? Who doesn't keep records in their business system? Are they using triplicates? He said for me come back and they could fix it and maybe "see what they can do after it's fixed." Huh?! I'm not gonna have the work done and get charged full price. Just bummed that this is how they do business.

Water started leaking down the interior passenger‑side vertical panel, and my moisture‑sensing feature no longer worked. When I climbed up (the truck sits high) to inspect the windshield, I discovered that the weatherstripping along the entire lower edge had been destroyed. I contacted Safelite customer care and was directed to take the truck back to the shop. Prior to picking the truck back up, I called to complain about the poor work quality and was referred to Shawn Scobee, the manager at the Rocklin location. Instead of addressing the workmanship issues, he dismissed my concerns and claimed that "all Ford trucks have this problem" and that Safelite would not cover any portion of the replacement cost. Yes, these trucks have delicate lower cowlings -- which is exactly why a competent technician should handle them with care. Mine clearly didn't. The windshield wasn't sealed correctly, the moisture sensor wasn't connected, and the cowling was treated like it was being removed and reinstalled by a gorilla (with all due respect to a wonderful animal). I'm not claiming that every Safelite location is terrible, but the Rocklin branch won't see me again. The management is dismissive and the workmanship was far below what anyone should expect from a specialized service provider.
