I found Reliable Auto Glass by mistake, but how wonderful is it for both of us I got my service done quicker and I met friendly staff. I had an appointment set up with Safelight. I had the windshield replaced on my 2019 Honda Passport over a year ago at Reliable. Great experience, fast one day service and they took care of the process of billing my insurance. Coming home from a trip recently I had a bunch of warning lights come on. Got home and noticed the camera housing around the mirror had come loose from the windshield. Called Reliable and explained the situation. Had me bring it in and they reattached it. Got a call back from John saying that it had come loose again and he needed to have his diagnostic tech look at it the next day. Then I noticed my driver window had been shattered after being hit by a rock from a weed eater (my SUV hasn't moved in 3 weeks). This is my second time it reliable auto glass (for my second vehicle). I knew exactly who to call when the small crack on my windshield grew and expanded all of the way across it. When they installed a new windshield on my van months ago, they did a great job and finished pretty quickly. The price was right, and they were super nice. Fast forward to today, and here I am again for my pick up truck. I called the day before yesterday, and they ordered my windshield and they're already installing it today. These guys are true professionals. I also like their sense of humor. They have a big efficient crew. They seem to all get along great. Brad was absolutely a terrific guy and took the time to walk me through how to do what I wanted so I would not have any surprises. He was more then accommodating and professional. I have been a customer at Reliable auto glass customer for many years for windshield repair and replacement and they have always been very professional and have done an excellent job. Recently my car had a rain water leak in the driver's area, this was unrealateted to any work done at the shop. It had been 4 years since they last saw this car. The shop has technician who knew where to look for leaks, test the area and find the problem. The bottom line is the technician found leaves in a drain that stopped the rain water from leaving the car. My passenger car window was hit by a rock a couple of days ago and needed repairing. I looked up Reliable Auto Glass in Auburn yesterday and had an appointment this morning. I was in and out in 25 minutes. My technician Nick was great, explained everything he'd be doing and even noticed my front bumper was not exactly lined up. He "popped it" back in at no charge. Window repair was almost half what it would be if I'd taken it to the dealership (I checked). I just moved here from Southern California.
