We were still charged the $78 with no compensation for my time wasted for one morning and one half of a day with two inexperienced employees. Also, they parked their trucks in my driveway and on street in front of house and left several oil stains. Kyle came out the same day we called, which was greatly appreciated. I found Kyle to be personable and very social, he likes to converse and happily explains what he's doing and why. He used a black light to investigate our odor issue and to our horror we found the last owners evidently just let their dog just pee on various walls. So disgusting, I can only imagine the previous carpet's shape. We discussed what we could afford within our budget and Kyle went to work pretreating w/spray, brush scrubbing and then hit it with his truck based professional equipment. Kyle assured us he stands by his work for included call-backs in the event any urine spots persist in their odor, which is comforting and I am inclined to take him at his word. The original much more critical 1 star review is below and it is all still very true but they have as of mid August 2025 rectified some of their errors by honoring repairs and warranties that Amana refuses to honor. Does that completely erase all the errors that have been made along the road? Honestly no they do not, but I appreciate that they are currently doing their best to repair what was wrong. They very well might be a very good company but my wife and I's recent experience has been rocky at best. Update to a 3 -3.5 star rating. THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW. : Based off of positive reviews on Yelp and Google my wife and I chose to buy a new HVAC unit from Aireserv Eureka in August of 2024. In no less than 3 MONTHS our unit broke down, something was literally smoking, due to a failure to install the unit properly. Then in March of 2025 we discovered that they installed a unit that for natural gas, which we do not have, instead of propane WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SINCE THE PIPES ARE APPARENTLY VERY DIFFERENT. So yet another overhaul was made. Then in June of 2025 we started to notice the coldest we could get the house was 75 degrees. So we called for another checkup and they "supposedly" fixed it, saying it had been improperly calibrated during installation. But one month later, in July, our unit broke down AGAIN. This time completely, leaving our house in the 90s. Now as I right this in August of 2025 THE HOTTEST PART OF THE YEAR they have yet to fix my unit. Week after week, yes you have read that correctly, it has been weeks since we called them to fix our unit, we have had to call them over 20 times. So far we are at week 3 and moving soon to 4. Airserve Eureka's horrible service has so far consistented of misdiagnosis, instillation of wrong parts, incorrect calibration of the unit, and long waits (4+ days) while a part ships. They have given an excuse for everything, always blaming someone else (Amana). According to them, none of this is their fault. They are playing the victim of corporate manufacturing. But, why would you want to reach out to a company who has no control over the services they offer? We then said, since there are so many issues with my unit from the start and I am still under warranty, why don't they just install a new unit. So far they have refused to honor the warranty because Amana won't. I'm not writing this bad review out of spite but as a civic duty to report incompetence in what is falsely sold as good. I hope those of you reading this heed my warning about Airserve Eureka. They are just plain terrible. UPDATE: In mid late August 2025. Aireserv Eureka decided to ignore Amana's horrible lack of honoring our warranty and installed a new RUUD unit. Let's hope this goes better than this last year's trials. I'd definitely not recommend Amana for a future HVAC regardless of the positive reviews they have online. Eureka honestly doesn't deserve a stellar 5 star review but they have tried to do right currently so perhaps they again as mentioned above deserve more a 3-3.5 Star rating.

The technician said there was no reason for cutting 2 openings in the unit. We were very upset. Also, we had to replace several of the registers due to paint being scratched off by the Ductz employee. We also had to touch up the ceiling where black marks were made by the serviceman. Peters referred this company plus they had good reviews. So much for that. Per Peter's technician's request I did let them know not to refer Ductz any longer. Hopefully they listenened. Plus, it was expensive(over $900). All that and we haven't noticed any significant change in air quality. Very disappointed.

Then confirming and further communications via text messaging was also very smooth. I had no human contact or interchange, until my technician arrived. Typically this would have bothered me, but it worked and everything was done well. My technician called before his arrival to alert me that he was on his way. When I scheduled my appointment, it was for the window of 12 PM - 3 PM. Shawn L was arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and was done and gone by 1:30 PM. When he arrived, I walked him through the rooms I needed done and pointed out the problem areas. I needed their "pet treatment". I tried to do a dog rescue and it did not work out, so I had areas that needed some extra care. I was totally impressed when he was finished cleaning the problem areas. There was stains left and the odor had vanished. Even a couple days later, the odor was still absent. The living room which had no problem areas, looked as good as the day it was originally laid. It was nice to see that they had and used protective coverings for the corners in my home. Zerorez really cares about your home and do their best to protect it. Shawn L., was super professional and polite. His politeness reminded me of the boys on, Leave It To Beaver. It was a politeness that you just don't see anymore and it was pleasing to see.
