I was extremely upset (not at the service people) because the problem would push the date of the move back at least a week, probably two or more. One of the service reps was on the phone to the manager and had the problem cleared and my move remained on schedule. The following day the trailer was being attached to my car when it was discovered that my trailer hitch had been installed for a bike rack so the appropriate electrical work for the brake and turn signal lights had never been done. Since I'd never used the hitch or pulled a trailer before, this was another problem and, again, their customer service was outstanding. I was ready to go within a short time and I could have hugged them all for being so supportive and helpful. The manager, Robin, made everything work for me and I will forever be grateful for their efforts on my behalf. This move was especially stressful and they made it work. I was blown away by the professionalism, knowledge and overall kindness of both Keith and Melissa. They are a powerful team who understand customer service. And wow! I've never seen such a clean storage facility. I looked at their outdoor units (no AC), but ultimately chose an indoor unit with AC. Both are great options but being indoors means you don't have to worry about rain, snow, or heat - definite perk. I highly recommend this place and would use it again if ever needed.
