Both of them were personable, professional, and clearly very experienced. Before the installation, Tim helped me choose the right size TV for my room and my particular needs. During the installation, Tim and Justin made sure everything was set up in a way that would be easy and practical for me to use every day. Tim also took the time to explain the equipment, which I really appreciated. The quality of the work was excellent, and the entire experience was extremely positive. Pretty basic in terms of projects, but not knowing a damn thing about AV, AND given the wiring in this place is from 2008 with cables behind the walls, he went over what was going on, provided some options, and took care of biz seamlessly. He even took some time to walk me through the details of updating the speaker system that runs through the whole house (the "zone" stuff). A real charming gent, super thorough and detailed, with great comms. Thanks my man! If we do that swap over to the Sonos system (or any other AV stuff), we'll be calling.

This install was for a training room at a Fire Station, and this was a project that Aomed felt strongly about. We worked together for the next few months on the equipment options and installation schedule. Despite our limited budget Aomed worked with us to maximize what we were getting, while giving us a great deal. Communication is a bit on the slow side, but the result exceeded our expectations and we now have a very nice AV setup thanks to Aomed and his team.

We picked a date/time and asked for (1) Flat Mount and (1) Swing Mount and they had the parts at a reasonable price. Constant communication up to arrival, which was great. Marcus arrived in a company vehicle with all his equipment and the two mounts. Marcus was awesome, he slipped on shoe covers before going upstairs. We showed him what we wanted and he went to work. I told him that if he needed help to mount the TVs once he placed the mounts on the wall to give me a shout. I went downstairs, and barely heard him working. He worked so quietly that my nervous pup didn't even bark or get anxious. Marcus worked fast, told me he was done, and he had the TVs mounted on the wall. The swing arm mount is perfectly placed and moves smoothly. It is just what I envisioned and hoped for and no mess. Marcus gave us the different payment options, price was as quoted with no changes. Marcus told us to call if any issues. I highly recommend Marcus & TV Geeks !!!

From my first phone…read morecall with Sally and Perry to the installation with Darren, John, and David, the experience could not have been more seamless. Initial Communication: Before settling on N & D for my home security system, I did tons of research, including research into all the big home security companies. Unlike other companies, N & D Security does not lock you into a long-term contract, nor did they try to upsell me on products and services that were beyond the scope of my needs. Rather, Perry readily identified what would likely make sense for my home, asked incisive and poignant questions about my home security needs, and carefully listened to and thoughtfully answered all my questions. He then diligently followed up with a recommended package for my home. Perry's attention to detail, follow-up communications, and responsiveness was impeccable. And I was all the more impressed given the fact that N & D is a small team that essentially operates as a family-owned business. Installation: The installation could not have been more seamless. John, Darren, and David arrived promptly. They installed the security system and had me up and running in little to no time. I was thoroughly impressed by the service--the N & D team went above and beyond anything I could have expected. For example, in addition to setting up my home security system, Darren helped set up our doorbell camera and even attempted to help install smart locks throughout my home. Upon the immediate completion of the installation, John carefully explained how the system operates, patiently answered all my questions, and even gave me his personal number in the event I had any additional questions. After Installation: After completing the installation, Perry checked in again to ensure that all our needs were handled and that our system was up and running. In addition, the N & D team was incredibly diligent in completing additional follow up work I had requested. In sum, if you are looking for a top-notch home security system, N & D is a no brainer. They are a pleasure to work with and I can genuinely say that choosing them for our home security needs was one of the easiest decisions I've made.
