We have a long-haired German Shepherd, and his fur is always a challenge -- but after they finished, there was no trace of a dog anywhere. I was genuinely amazed. They were thorough, detail-oriented, and clearly took pride in their work. Every room felt refreshed, spotless, and thoughtfully cleaned. This was a true deep clean, not a rushed surface job. 10/10 experience -- I would absolutely request Ritzy and Sandra again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier cleaning.

I messaged on Saturday via Yelp and after a first automated response was still awaiting feedback by…read moremidweek, and I already had quotes from two other businesses by that point. When I did finally receive a response, they told me to reach out directly via their website which puts into question the status of the Yelp Guarantee for going through the Projects process. This seemed to indicate to me that the text in their automated response on Yelp Projects has not been properly updated to reflect how they want potential clients to request estimates. I can appreciate they have a lot going on but if this is how they treat you when they are actively courting your business, I find it difficult to believe they would be much better once they have already secured it. FOLLOW-UP PURSUANT TO BUSINESS RESPONSE: I appreciate the nuances of the Yelp Guarantee may be open to interpretation in terms of when it applies. That said, if the business chooses to be included in Yelp Projects, they should be willing to handle requests therein or at least set up a consultation through it, otherwise the Yelp Projects $2500 guarantee may be in jeopardy. The additional response from them indicates that only a quote is required to seal the deal so to speak, but I did not receive that at the time I was asked to reach out via their website, so it is entirely possibly they would have applied this later and be within the terms of the Yelp Guarantee. I have no way to know if that would have been followed since I did not pursue further contact with them after that point, though I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they would have made good on the guarantee through the process or through their business insurance if a work quality issue has transpired. When I initially made the request I had a two week span of availability for the actual cleaning to be done (though I mentioned ideally this would be to action the following week), and only because Juliana's took 3 business days to get back to me to tell me I should reach out directly did it appear to be an "expedited request". I am glad they have so much business that they can afford responses like this and be unavailable for service but if this were the case then that would have been a benefit to know from the outset so that I could have ruled them out as a candidate immediately. Considering most folks don't have more than a few weeks between closing on a house and moving in, and I personally reached out to them a day after my closing, I do not see any path I could have taken to reach out to them sooner. Juliana's notes in their added response that I did not actually enlist their services, which is true, though Yelp policy is that a review may take place so long as there was a consumer interaction/experience, which there was in this case.

We had to call her back twice to correct and clean several areas that were very obvious but skipped and missed. Her move out cleaning fee includes the balcony but she did not clean it despite charging almost $500. In the past we paid $375 for her company to clean the same house multiple times and everything was cleaned. We had to hire another company to come out and do a deep cleaning since so much was missed and what they attempted to clean was done poorly. They didnt clean the walls, floors are sticky, refrigerator dirty in certain spots, and they didnt clean the window sills. The house also smelled horrible and not like she even attempted to clean properly. Elizabeth was nasty and rude in her correspondence and combative. She should have offered the full refund but instead doubled down. She wanted to come back a third time to clean and we told her we didn't trust the cleaning at this point. She also we refused to recognize that we were the owners and was making grass remarks. Her company hugely inconvenienced us and set our timeline back. We will be removing this company from all of our properties moving forward. Find a reputable cleaning company, but stay away from this one. They will not hold themselves accountable and have poor business ethics. She clearly.doesn't understand how rental properties work woth property.managers and tenants and owners. She got in touch within minutes, the price she quoted me was reasonable, she was flexible with scheduling, and I could tell she was friendly and kind. We made the cleaning appointment for the end of what had been a long day of moving for my husband and me, and the team did a beautiful job. My dad's apartment was, in a word, gross. It reeked of cigarette smoke and my sister's room had a few layers of grime all it's own, but Aida and her crew worked quickly and efficiently, and the place is now spotless and smells fresh. My husband and I can't believe the transformation! But what really makes Multilingual stand out from other companies is Aida's remarkable empathy and warmth. When we did the initial walkthrough of the apartment I told her a little about why I was the one dealing with the cleaning (my dad is hospitalized and my sister died), and she responded with sincere concern and kindness. I was also keyed up because of how busy the day had been, and I was grateful for Aida's positivity and calming presence. The whole crew were friendly and professional.

I requested a focus on the floors - all hardwood and tile - but that was not satisfactory (bathrooms seemed to be their focus and ours are tiny). They charge by the hour and the very sweet staff worked verrrrrry slowly as the clock ticked to an enormous amount of time/$ for a 1000sf house with just two living in it. It appeared to be a subcontracting set up, with poor communication. Maybe you will have better luck than we did.

I want to update my review, because I've heard from Ryan from the corporate office. While they did…read morenot provide good cleaning in my home, they have tried to make things right. They issued a full refund and offered numerous apologies. They said that they are using this experience to train their staff, and I hope that is true. They also said this experience was a one-off, and based on all the reviews I've seen, I will take them at their word. While my cleaning experience with them was poor, I can appreciate how hard they've worked to make things right. I didn't want or need a full refund, but I'm glad they decided to do the right thing and give that to me. It speaks to the character of the business. While I cannot give their cleaning services anything more than a 1/5 stars, I will say their customer service and response have been 5/5. Truly exemplary. Thank you Ryan, for your customer care. In addition to making everything look better than when I moved in (awesome baseboards, tub, and stove cleaning) the team made some adjustments to my space that made a real difference. They recommended for instance, moving my trash can to the other side of my kitchen for easier reach, and now I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm also very impressed by how professional and respectful the team was. This was the first time I've invited cleaners into my home and I was nervous about what the experience would be like. All the worries were nothing because I couldn't have had a better experience.
