I made an appointment for the day before my Wedding Reception (which was being held in the backyard) Two employees showed up on time at 11 am to get started. I was taking care of other preparations outside but kept checking in on them. A few times, they were standing around on their cell phones and not cleaning. Neither spoke English and could not even understand when I asked if everything was ok. After 4 hours on the one floor, a man in a uniform drove up and said he was here to talk to the ladies. I followed him upstairs to discover that one of the maids had leaned into my kitchen sink to wash the window and the sink separated from the counter top. This also knocked a pipe loose which spilled water everywhere! He said there was no extra charge for the extra time spent and he would come back later to fix it since he didn't have tools. I told him I would be out but to call me so I would know when he was coming. I then noticed the ladies had moved a print I had purchased in Williamsburg that was waiting for a frame off a chair and threw boxes on top of it, wrinkling and folding it. Ruined! Edwin said it looked like a piece of paper and so how were they to know not to wrinkle it?! The maids finally moved downstairs to clean and left within an hour. After they left, I noticed one of my windows would no longer open (it had been open when they were there and they couldn't close it properly) and there were cobwebs in ALL the ceiling corners and the two ceiling fans weren't even cleaned! They were at my house for almost 6 hours and barely did 3 hours of work. Then Edwin called me around 7 to say he was at my door (and I was NOT home, as I told him) to fix the sink but he didn't have any tools (really?) my husband provided the tools and after an hour, the sink was in place but now there's no seal. He then called me AGAIN at 1030 pm to tell me I never paid them. They never gave me an invoice or requested payment. I told him to email me the invoice. I will never use this company again.
