The other pieces are a light non durable plywood type of material (like cork) that breaks away. It was put together beautifully for presentation when finished but then I had to adjust the shelves and that's when I noticed it's durability. You can't get the pins in and out very easily (and I'm using pliers, hammer, wire cutters, anything to get these things in and out) and when I do, it tears at the holes meant for the pins and now my new expensive closet isn't so nice anymore :(. The installer makes it look so easy to adjust but it's not once it's installed. Recommendation leave the presentation out at the end or ask how and where we want shelves installed with height. So we don't have to adjust shelves later.
