Good food, friendly staff and calm environment.
Before visiting Sadler, I called to make a last minute dinner reservation. The staff answering the phone were very kind and informative about the location, attire and the few other questions that I had.
Once at Sadler, I was quickly seated. At the table, the server greeted my party, asked about wine selection and brought over a very creative amuse bouche. The menu consisted of a few tasting menu options with various focuses. As for the food itself, it was good but nothing spectacular. However, the risotto did standout and was my favorite dish in the experience. It was very creamy yet not too heavy.
In terms of the staff, they were friendly however, it did seem as they were disinterested and going through the motions. This did not have a big impact on experience though.
Overall, Sadler is a nice restaurant to have a meal with anyone but it does not stand out (other than the presentation of the food). read more
