Okay - I'm not sure what happened to this place. I used them the past two summers to rent chairs…read morefor graduation parties, and they were great. Reasonably priced, very responsive. I picked up the chairs and the warehouse guys helped load them into my car, unload, etc. But then recently, I inquired about renting tables, chairs and linens for a bridal shower. First, their contact us form on their website wasn't working - some issue with the captcha. So I tried emailing with my request and questions about table options. I waited for days, and then I got an anonymous text with a couple of questions in return. So I'd respond, and then days would go by where I wouldn't hear anything again. I called several times and left messages, then I got another text a couple of days later. Finally, I got a text with just a price tag - no itemized breakdown of costs, no responses to my questions about table sizes, nothing. I left another message, asking for an itemized quote and haven't heard back. Its so surprising, considering how responsive and professional they were the past two summers when I rented from them. Itemized contracts, detailed terms. everything you would expect. This time there was none of that. Did they lose their sales staff? Are they going out of business?

For the amount of time, effort, and detail she put into everything, she honestly did not charge nearly enough. Everyone at the baby shower kept asking who did the balloons, and I was happy to share her information. I will definitely be using her services again in the future and highly recommend her for any event -- she truly does it all and her work speaks for itself.

When looking for event or party balloons, it's so great that I've now found someone local and so…read moreeasy to work with. I recently had an event that I needed balloons for and was able to reach out to 5 Balloons. As a fellow DIY-er, I've considered just making the balloons myself, but remembered how many balloons it would take, the tying of balloons, the labor to set up and more, it was just a huge weight off my shoulders to get someone who's craft is actually balloons. When I called, we talked about the date and inspirations that I had for my event. She asked questions about the location, and set up times to ensure that she will be able to meet the needs I needed for my event. On the day of the event, she showed up right at the time that we communicated, and her work exceeded my expectations. Folks were taking pictures with the balloons all night, and we even kept it up for others to enjoy for a week or so after. All in all, they were great with communication, and delivered exactly what we talked about. I can't wait to work with them again for upcoming events.

It's through him that I heard of the Central Street Busker Festival that took place the next day and his line was loooong! Most recently, we went to his show last week that the Mt. That was very very well attended, with a long line of folks waiting to get in (and that's with all of us registered to attend!), but the show was a lot of fun. He did a little magic, a little comedy, and some fun balloon tricks. This guy has been doing this all his adult life--unless that's also a joke and part of his act--but regardless, he's great at his job. I'm looking forward to seeing him again and my little one having the chance to pick her balloon creation on her own.

AVOID! tl;dr - They…read morewill respond very quickly to secure business but then flake out on carrying out the job. I would caution anyone that using this company is a big risk. They are completely unreliable. The Details: Sent a text message to their 'hotline' to request a quote for transporting an arcade machine. Was immediately sent a response with a price and saying that it would be 'white glove' service. They said that Friday evening was likely available, and I said that I would let them know by 3pm. At 3pm I confirmed that I wanted the arcade machine transported and followed up a few times, but never heard back that day. The next day I asked if they were still available for the weekend or Monday. They replied immediately and said weekend was no good but Monday would work. We agreed on 3pm and they replied that sounded good and they would meet me at 3pm at the pickup location. On Monday morning I messaged them to confirm that we were still on for 3pm. No response. I followed up a couple times and assuming maybe they were too busy with other deliveries, informed them that I would still be showing up at 3pm as we had discussed. They never showed, never messaged - nothing. I wasted several hours driving and a 30 second text from them could have avoided that. I messaged them stating that a simple text letting me know they had to cancel and I would have had no issue. And they ignored that as well. Blows my mind that a company has such little regard for customer service. AVOID!
