Great lender! This is the type of business that looks out for their clients. Management understands the car business

To everyone talking bad about this finance company you should be grateful there is still companies giving people with bad credit a chance to make payments on a car. If you make your payments on time and have your full coverage insurance up to date you should have a good experience. I bet it's all the losers and irresponsible people complaining. I have no complaints. Thank you! read more

Worst financier I've ever came across . Worst than Santander maybe . These people send out they're workers to harass you for a late fee not even a late payment . It's frustrating and embarrassing dealing with a-holes like this . read more

Please do yourself a fovor and do not do business with these people! If you already are doing business with them: get out of it ASAP! by far the worst experience I've ever had, I am very disappointed. At first they give you excellent customer service, I was very happy, they pretend to help you and care but they don't. this business is dead to me. the end read more

The worst company I've ever done business with, hard to put into words how unhelpful this company truly is. Please don't make the mistake I did and trusting this company to do the right things because they will not, they over promise and under deliver. plenty of good honest businesses with positive reviews, you have options please don't go with this company and do your research before signing anything that this company has to do with. You'll save yourself a lot of time, stress, and money. read more

I've financed 2 vehicles with Saddleback and they are great! Fast, prompt customer service and no hassle trying to get ahold of them if needed. Jennifer is very nice and the other employees i've interacted with are very nice as well. If you pay your bill on time and promptly as you should, you should have no issues whatsoever. Thanks saddleback! read more

I've bought two cars through this finance company and they've been very helpful and courteous each time. Every time I've contacted them for assistance it's been prompt and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend them to others. read more

The worst and most unprofessional employees ever. So rude shady and just plain awful!!! If I can give them zero stars I would but yelp has a limit of one star to begin. The WORST!!!! read more

This car company is the worst I've only had to deal with them on one occasion and that enough was enough to never make this mistake again the next time I'm buying a car and this is the finance company I'll walk out. My payments were due on the 10th and from the 1st of the month till the 9th calling me multiple times a day harassed me to the point I finally had to get a lawyer on them. It was so bad arguing with them through that period I would always tell them what day is it. They'd say the 1st. Ok. When is my payment due The 10th so why are you calling me if I'm not late. The rudest most unprofessional so called corporation I've ever encountered and I've purchased 4 other cars with different companies with no issues. STAY AWAY PEOPLE. This company is worse then going through child support. read more

Zero stars!!! I had to deal with them one time and never again! They will harass you for a day late payment. These people came to my job, called me 10times and came to my house to "let me know" I owe ALL IN ONE DAY, Like if I didn't know. Thank god I payed off the car and no longer have to deal with them. Not only that but supposably I signed an electronic email changing my due date which I never did so they obviously forged my name. Don't trust this company! read more

Big shout out to yessi and Veronica!! Best reps and customers service. They work with you. They are understanding and supportive. To all the negative comments you all probably got your car Repod. I have never had a problem with this company and I have two cars with them. Thank you saddleback read more

Saddleback is one of the worst finance places out. Yes everyone is rude and I totally agree Shannon must work for them or she is doing them a favor in writing that review for something in return. From the receptionist to their so called fake Supervisors ae rude. A finance company like will not last long. They act s if the payments are coming out of their pocket, from Paul to Anna to whom ever else need boot camp customer service training because it seems as if those people have no skills what so ever! read more

First of all this company is a joke, my finance company was bought out by these guys and ive had nothing but problems ever since the switch. For instance, today when i get to go pay my bill, guess where i have to go?! A Fucking 7/11 inconvenience store. These people arent even prepared to take my payment from me. Do yourself a favor and steer clear from these guys. read more

I ended up paying up $6000 dollars which was way ahead of my contract time and I received a call today from a woman who was very unprofessional and she hung up the phone without ending our conversation without notice. She was very rude and unprofessional. They have been the most worst experience I have ever encountered. I would not even do business with this corporation again. read more

This company ia the worst ever!!! My Husband was diagnosed with leukemia in April and was Hospitalized until Sept for his chemo treatments. These SOB's kept calling and talking crap to him when we weren't able to MAKE the payment arrangement on time. I totally understand we have to make our payments. But until recently not once had we been a full payment late. My husband just got fired after returning to work and catching a really bad cold and risk of phenomena. Now for Cancer patients or those in remission from cancer that is very dangerous Nd he can die. Right now this guy was just telling him that the payment needed to be made Blah Blah Blah and my husband was just quiet and listening to this guy talk crap like if my husband was months late on the car payment. This has happened a few times and my husband has gotten sick from it. Im actually going to look into what i can do about them harrassing him and making him sick. I grabbed the phone and told him that he was not going to talk to my husband like he isnt making payments. And then told him if they have a problem vome get this piece of crap car. I hung up and called back asking for corporates number and they said there is no other contact number or person's other than these inconsiderate Jerks there in that office. I told her that was Bs and she told me to watch my language and then hung up on me. If you are considering to do any type of business with these unprofessional A-Holes i highly suggest you reconsider. They are very rude and harrass you. Once again i repeat we were not even a month late on the payments and have made each one. The Dirtbag Workers are Elvira the Supervisor, Jenny, Adrian, And Rebecca. I guess they are the ones who run the whole corporation because i wasn't able to talk to anyone else when i requested to speak to Management other than these Idiot's. Worse Company EVER!!! read more

The worst finance company ever. if your late they will repo your car and if you tell them you sent the payment they will still repo your car and if you say payment is in the mail they will argue with you and still repo your car if the payment is a month late. 2 to 3 months i understand but 30 something days. some ppl have financial problems thats why we are with the. very disgusted and rick and paul are asshole! no help whats so ever. just make the payments and be done with this company read more

The WORST!! They make it nearly impossible to pay your payments. No online payments, no phone payments. You have to pull cash out of your bank and than find a 7-11 or other "pay me now" location to pay. It's absurd this is the 21st century and if you own a company you would think you would want people to be able to conveniently pay. This company bought out my old finance company and it has been such a pain!!!! DON'T EVER use them plus their employees are not the nicest over the phone and customer service stinks! read more

DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY! They are everything the other 2 reviewers said and MORE! If you feel like being hung up on, talked over, and/or harassed then go on ahead! Trust me when I say, seek another finance company, you will definitely get approved by someone else if THESE jerks accepted your loan! You came on yelp for a reason, so believe what you're reading, they are the WORST people alive, they act like they've never been late on any payment in their lives and will call you back to back, before your 10 day grace period ends! Obviously they're a low budget company, the way they harass people 24/7. If you're human like the rest of us and are late a few times, here and there, this is by far the worst company to go with, they need you, you don't need them! Run away! Tell the dealership to try harder and get you another company, anyone but this lame, heartless company! read more

horrible management!! besides annas horrible customer service there is someone worst! (fyi donald baughman you are losing a lifetime customer)..just finished paying off a car loan with them..i paid the loans for two years was never late not once, recently got struck by a drunk driver and car was total lost long story short my insurance wrote a check for the remaning balance but since they took forever alec a collector from saddleback acceptance told me to make a $92 payment to stop my account going into collections he promised me i would get that money back once the insurance paid off the car because at that point they would be collecting more than the balance owed..today i received the letter that my car was paid off but however i did not receive my $92 check for the over payment, i asked to speak to alec's supervisor his name is eugene as i recall. this is where things took a turn to the worst, apparently i was lied to and eugene told me i was not entittled to that money so we argued about it i asked him how was i not entittled when they collected all the balance owed from the date of the accident so thats an overpayment! he got upset and hanged up on me after telling me all these rude things, when i called back i told him that i really needed that money back, he then began to insult me saying that it was only $92 that for me to do whatever i wanted to do but he was not going to refund anything and for me to get my attorney in such a condesending matter as if he was making fun of me,he hung up again and i called back for the last time and i was forced to explain my financial situation and why i needed my money back, i felt so humiliated, he made me feel as if i was begging and i even cried out of anger because i wanted to speak to someone else and he said "there is no one above me here! so stop harrassing me", really? i was harassing him? im a business and law major the least i want to do is harrass someone and get in trouble..all i wanted was my money back, he finally said he will give it to me just so he wont have to be talking to me smh, but at this point i dont care anymore about the money because i know when he sees this he will not give it to me out of anger he told me twice he will then he said no so watever..all i want is for the owner to understand that he needs train his employess properly specialy if they are running it for him,do the math how much he is making the company lose, not just with me but everyone else who sees this and he does this to, i was looking at cars yesterday and have an appointment to purchase one where i was going to use saddleback corp services(that alone was a loss of over 20thousand dollars) but after this never will i use this company again and ill make sure all my family and friends know about this experience i had, the way eugene talked to me is not right specialy since i was entittled to that money and responsible enough to have this car paid off i always kept up with payments and insurance even at an all time high interest on the loans..never wrote a review before but this had me very upset completely ruined my day..do not i repeat do not! do busniess with this company! read more
