When I finally got through to staff, they seemed confused and initimidated by the simplest questions -- when did they e-file my return? when did they arrange payment of the tax due on it? It took several calls for incomplete answers. Kent finally responded, almost two months after my questions first fell into his in-box. I am very disappointed in the practice and especially in Kent this year. The final product was, as always, quality and thorough work. But any business must communicate timely with customers. Perhaps, like us all, he is simply growing old, and it may soon be time to retire. It may certainly soon be time for me to find another CPA.
