The exterior looks like a mix of three attractions: a restaurant, a museum, & a movie theater. I can't say if all three of those things are really in there, it's just an impression. I will say that I am glad I took at chance at trying their food at a time when I was seriously hungry. I was invited to sit wherever I wanted, so I chose a table along the wall with a big TV right above me. I was greeted kindly, and given time to order my food, which I decided would be a couple fried eggs, hashbrowns, sausage patties, toast, & cheesy grits. They were so good, with the hashbrowns being, as my partner put it, "The best he's ever had!" I personally enjoyed the patties the most, and the grits the least. The grits were made in a way that the shredded cheese was sprinkled on top of the grits instead of mixed in it, and I do not prefer that style. It was still good, just not as good as others I've tried. So that's why I'm not docking points; why be super critical on one side dish when everything else was an A+? I liked the wholesome feel of the restaurant, like everybody knew each other, and the fact that it was pet-friendly was a bonus too. A couple came in with three cute dogs, and that just made me super happy (not to mention, it WAS on my birthday too). I would come here again if I return to Bisbee.

There are limited 'sit down/table service' places to dine in the historic area of tombstone. This one is lively, right in the heart of the area. Gift shop on the lower level, down a steep circular staircase, has a lot on offer. Boots to hats and under things. Toys, jewelry, accessories and tshirts. The back room is preserved as it was with a hole down to a mine (that is blocked up now). I let her rest in the car parked up front while I went inside for one beer. All tap beers are $6. Two weeks ago when I stopped by, all taps were $5 but maybe that is the local rate. Tonight the bartender told me there was a $15 minimum on a credit card or a $1 additional closing fee for less than $15. I opted to close out. That made my pint of Cali Squeeze $7! But when the bartender came back with my bill, she charged me the local rate of $5 without a closing fee. Odd Two of the tap beers are made right there in Bisbee, across the parking lot at the Old Bisbee Brewing Company. A pint of the Copper City ale or Pilsner is $6 at St Elmo's but $7 at the actual place that brews the beer! A band had just stopped playing for the night in the stage next door. People were playing pool and hitting the boxing glove. The place was loud. Next time I stop in, it will be during the week in the late afternoon when it's much quieter. This place is off-limits to active-duty military (for alleged drug use among clientele) but I've never seen it, unless that includes the old guys who stand outside and smoke weed. I don't partake in that stuff. The business also helps locals on holiday. I've come by in years past when the locals would host potluck turkey meals for the regulars. This place also hosted a lovely Barks and Brews before the covid pandemic hit in 2019. It's a place worth stopping by in at least once. My biggest complaint is the musky smell when you walk on. It's quite strong.
