Jennie, the owner, is very nice and always does her best to accommodate my appointment times. However, I have one significant concern that keeps this from being a five-star experience: the lack of a consistently quiet, peaceful atmosphere during massages. Loud conversations among employees are a common occurrence, and customers can also be quite loud when entering the spa, checking in for appointments, or asking about availability. Conversations often carry throughout the space, disrupting the relaxation of customers who are already receiving massages. This is an issue in both the front room with the massage chairs and the private rooms in the back. In the foot massage area, where the reclining chairs are positioned side by side, continuous conversations among employees while performing massages are particularly distracting. I would like to see these conversations kept to a minimum unless they are directly related to the massage being performed or something that requires attention in the room. Customers come to relax and enjoy their treatments, and ongoing employee conversations can take away from that experience. A quieter environment would allow everyone to fully enjoy their massage. I would really appreciate a stronger emphasis on maintaining a quiet atmosphere throughout the spa. Posting visible signs reminding both employees and customers that massages are in progress and quiet voices are appreciated would be a great start.
