Suzanne's oasis of muscle therapy is a pleasant, clean, and relaxing space. When you walk in, you're greeted by her cheerful and exuberant warmth. She asks lots of questions that are pertinent to your needs, what your comfort level is, how your last session felt afterwards, and where you'd like to focus on. I've found that communicating with her has really elevated my own healing, and she's willing to work with you to focus on the specific knots you'd like to work on while also providing feedback on other areas that your body is communicating needs work. She also asks you what your chiropractor (if you see one) has mentioned needs work so that she can work cohesively with your doctors to create a custom health plan that works to restore your body. As someone who has hypermobility issues, chronic pain, and frequent muscle and joint injuries, Suzanne's careful administration of anatomical knowledge as well as how to loosen the angry, inflamed muscles has been integral in getting my body back in balance. I came in because my tailbone and right hip were painful to move or even touch, and in just 3 sessions she was able to focus intently on those specific muscle areas and untangle a good portion of the aches away! She's incredibly flexible to work with, responsive with texts, and overall cares for your well-being. I also find her multi-session package to be reasonable compared to local competitors, especially if you have an injury area that requires more than one session. I'm glad to have found her and it's clear from her other clients that she's a well-respected practitioner doing good in the community with her hands and heart. read more

I have been a client of Hands with Heart Massage for over a decade, and Suzanne has always been amazing. She asks and listens to details about body issues, finds the crunching areas, and works through them. I always have several, breathing in deeply is often required, but Suzanne works through them adjusting the pressure as needed. I would highly recommend her deep-tissue 90-minute massage to anyone who works their body hard and seeks thorough restoration. read more

-For a misaligned spine, I was visiting Chiropractor. -He noticed that, I had very tight muscles and lots of calcium build up. -So, he recommended me to "Hands w/ Heart Massage" for a deep tissue massage to get the muscles to relax so he work on the spine even better. -I had couple of sessions, especially targeting muscles around Cervix and Thoracic. -And I can feel the knots and it started to go off. -Suzzanne was very careful throughout the procedure in putting pressure on the muscles and it was the right amount of pressure to get the work done as well as to not to induce pain. It was very relaxing. -Just in couple of sessions itself, me and my Chiropractor started to see the change. -I highly recommend "Hands w/ Heart Massage". read more

100% Highly Recommend!!! Suzanne has a natural talent for targeting and relax muscles. I used to go to those cheap foot spas that were always hit or miss before COVID hit. I went 6 months without any massage and finally couldn't stand it anymore. Suzanne was one of the only massage businesses open near me, so I booked an appointment. While the cost for a massage with her is higher than what I used to pay at the foot spas, the difference in price is BEYOND worth it. The salon is modern and clean. Her HEATED TABLE is AMAZING. I loved it. Add that to Suzanne's professionalism and expertise, and I'm happy to give her my money! She's very personable and within 2 sessions, I felt so comfortable and relaxed woth her working on all my muscles. If you're on the fence about booking an appointment, just do it. You'll be so glad you did! read more

I am so glad I took the leap to book my prenatal massages with Suzanne! Not only is she super personable, but her massages are amazing! Here are some great things I love about Suzanne: 1. She's super flexible! Booking through text for me is the easiest for me and she is so responsive. She also makes booking really easy! 2. Her self care program- UHHH WHO WOULDNT WANT TO SAVE MONEY & TREAT YO SELF TO A MASSAGE?! 3. She knows her stuff! I have swollen feet from being pregnant and she massages all the fluids back up and my feet felt wonderful after!! She even explained the way she was massaging so I could tell my husband to massage my feet for me ;) 4. Suzanne can read a person and their mood! At my last massage, she let me rest the first half (cause I was tired) but then I sparked of conversation and she welcomed it! I love it! Don't hesitate and book with Suzanne now! You won't regret it! read more

I was referred to Suzanne by a mom friend for my first pregnancy. Due to other obligations, I was not able to see her until I was maybe 6 months pregnant. I have seen her twice so far and I love talking to her each time! Typically I will talk to my massage therapists but will try to sneak in a nap as well! My latest session with Suzanne I was able to nap for 10 mins because Suzanne and I were just catching up! She is informative and awesome! Hoping to see Suzanne again for a postnatal massage! read more

Christina is a great addition to the team. She is very proactive at working the problem (my back and quads in this case). I went in for a deep tissue appointment and felt so much better after. I'm really excited to see what comes of this in the long term. She pays attention to how the body responds to her work and what needs more or less work and focuses on that. Will be booking all of my appointments with her. No complaint of any sort. read more

Basically just rubbing oil everywhere for over a hundred dollars. After 1 hour had already passed, I asked politely if she could focus on the areas in my back I mentioned were tight the whole reason I was getting a massage and she was kind of defensive and said that my body was resisting the massage and she would end up hurting herself and me because she is petit, which I understand, but I have had no problem with any deep tissue massage before. The way she talked to me her tone left me feeling uncomfortable so I ended the massage early. I will return to my previous deep massage places instead. They are nicer there to their customers. read more

A few years ago, I had really bad knots in my back and tightness in my shoulders from bad posture and sitting at a desk all day. I used to go from masseuse to masseuse, asking for deep tissue massages to try to alleviate some of the pain- but sometimes it would make it even worse! Suzanne was the first masseuse that really listened to me and my muscles, and has really made a difference in how I feel day to day. In fact, after the first time I saw her, she explained that my muscles respond better to a lighter touch, so she knocked down the price from a deep tissue to a Swedish massage. That was two or three years ago, and I've been a regular since then :) She's also such a sweetheart, friendly and great to talk to, but will also let me doze off if I seem like I need it, haha! She's super professional and responsive over text and I've never had a problem working with her to find an appointment time that works. I can't recommend Suzanne enough!! read more

Updating my review as new services are available. I've been going here for years and it keeps getting better. They now offer cupping! Suzanne is amazing at knowing what massage/treatment is needed! I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and most importantly without the pain I walked in with. She adjusts pressure for different needs/preferences, and she's very accommodating so you feel most comfortable and get the best care. Her knowledge and passion show through in her techniques and ability to pinpoint trouble areas. Deep tissue massage, hot stones, cupping and more have helped me through surgeries, job-related tension, and injuries, promoting quicker recovery and reducing pain. The ambiance is very soothing and comfortable, from table warmers to soft music and warm lighting. Suzanne will adjust to ensure your needs are met. Best yet, these sessions have lasting results. Highly recommend Suzanne at Hands with Heart Massage! read more

Her space is very relaxing and she always makes sure you are comfortable. Suzanne is one of the friendliest massage therapists I've met and I can't recommend her enough! read more

I've been going to Suzanne for over 6 months now maybe even a year. She really gets my needs. I love being able to text her to book my appointments. She also will reach out to me with a current deal. I recently had a major surgery and she accommodated my needs by using a maternity pillow. I love how she starts gentle and the will work our a knot Vs just digging at the knot and causing more discomfort. She gives the right amount of relaxing time and conversation. Or if I just want to be relaxing the entire time she doesn't take it personally. She is the only Massuose I will go to for regular massages. I also always recommend her to friends and family. You can't go going to Suzanne for a massage. read more

Hands with Heart Massage - Massage Near Me - Alameda, California

I began seeing Suzanne during the second trimester of my pregnancy for prenatal massages. I can't even begin to sing enough of her praises. I suffered a lot from leg cramps and my shoulders were always sore. Suzanne would take the time to ask questions and figure out where my problem spots were in order to ease my soreness. Suzanne really listens to your needs and puts you at ease. She is such a sweetheart. I also appreciated and put to use her suggestions on how to carry my baby weight and maintain better posture to keep the tension well-distributed throughout my body. I seriously felt like a new person after each massage. I just had my baby and am looking forward to going back to Suzanne asap for regular massages! read more

Suzanne is a master of her craft. She's positive, professional, a good conversationalist, and an expert in anatomy. The atmosphere makes it easy to relax, she's attentive and continually checks in to make sure you're comfortable, and she knows when to continue working problem areas and when continued work won't help for that session. She's there best therapist with whom I've ever worked and I'm thankful that I found her. I beat the hell out of my body with martial arts training and Suzanne somehow manages to keep me in shape to continue training. I don't make it easy! read more

I am a Gonstead chiropractor and adjusting patients are the nature of our profession, which translate to intense labor work. After a long day adjusting, 5 days a week, my body start to take a toll and discomforts start to creeping up. In addition to work, I also like to exercises daily which included squat, push ups, pull ups and etc. All these are the perfect storm to create tight shoulders, tight IT bands, calves and upper mid back. Suzanne has worked on me twice and i can already feel so much looser which makes my adjustment event better. I really appreciated Suzanne's meticulous detail work and touch; she is also a medical masseuse which means armed with vast array of human body knowledge. I have referred her multiple patients and they all can't stop rave about her. She is someone i trust and i will continue to refer patients to her because I know they will be in a good hand, and of course, I will also continue to see her to ensure I can give best adjustments to my patients. read more

I recently had a massage from Suzanne. She was nice enough to make a personal call to confirm my appointment for the next day and was able to accommodate me so quickly on her busy schedule. My massage was amazing! Her hands are like magic. It wasn't rough or too soft or gentle. She'll gladly adjust to your preference. More importantly, prior to the massage she asked if I needed her to focus on certain areas and was sensitive to my needs and restrictions. She explained everything that she was going to do and made me feel comfortable. Her space is sanitary compliant, quiet, and tons of parking in the back. Conveniently located across the Westfield mall and just walking distance from Santana Row, in a building upstairs from the Kiddie Park (drop off your kids for an hour or two for your massage). She offers different types of massages and time lengths. She is very knowledgable of appropriate types of massages for pregnancy, and various types of medical conditions. At the end of my massage, I did not feel rushed at all to leave. She asked me to take my time until I was ready and with a follow up message, she advised to drink plenty of water. I left feeling super relaxed and tense free. I can't wait to see Suzanne again, this time to try the hot stones. read more

Wow this is good place for massage. Since I drive taxi all day, it makes my back hurt sometimes and my wife refuse to rub my back. When Suzanne is available for appointment, I will usually drive over to get massage. It is perfect combination of technique and pressure to relieve my aching body. One of the best things is that it is right near the gas station and freeway so I can get back on the road after getting the massage. I highly recommend it. read more

Due to my active lifestyle and working long hours, I've needed to have massages to work on my trouble spots especially in my neck, shoulders, IT band and glutes. I'm lucky to have found a great therapist like Suzanne. She makes sure to understand what your needs are and focuses on these areas as well as making sure you are relaxed and comfortable. Suzanne is very thorough and communicates with you throughout the massage. If you are looking to get deep tissue work or need a Swedish massage for some relaxation, Suzanne is my go-to. Believe it or not, I would rather wait to book an appointment with Suzanne versus going to a fancy spa and not know that my troubled areas will not be relieved. Her hours are flexible and more so her prices if you want to treat yourself. You won't get the bells and whistles like BW but you'll be sure to feel relaxed and have the opportunity to schedule another visit sooner than later given less hit to your wallet ;) Highly recommend Suzanne. You won't be disappointed. read more

Suzanne is extremely professional, personable, and the best at what she does. My wife set me up with a 90 for Father's Day and Suzanne was quick to respond to my trouble spots and has an excellent technique to relax and detoxify muscles. She was very helpful at explaining why and how muscles become knotted as well as showing me different ways to work on forearms. I asked because my wife is a Dental Hygienist and that was her most troubled area. Well this evening I used what she told me and gave the wife an "arm" massage, the wife was very impressed at both my techniques and explanations. Thanks Suzanne! Hands with Heart is a perfect description of this girl! She made me realize I was missing out on a REAL massage with a REAL professional. I would recommend her to anyone, she knows what she's doing. Sometimes you need to give yourself a great big pat on the back, and it's nice to know she is there to do it and with pricing that is very humble. read more

I was referred to Suzanne by Dr. Namsa and her massages are now part of my road to recovery. I started Crossfit a year ago in an attempt to lose weight for my wedding and from overuse, I messed up my back, my wrist and my ankle. Along with chiropractic care, Suzanne breaks up the sore muscles/scar tissues and locates all the problem areas. As a result, I feel liberated from any tightness and pain. It's a work in progress until I fully heal but I am already seeing such a difference with every visit. Bonus: friendly personality, affordable and takes credit cards!! If you're looking for a massage therapist, I highly recommend Suzanne. She is god sent and I look forward to seeing her every two weeks. read more

Great experience. Feel wonderful after my full body massage yesterday. Suzanne is professional and does a great job getting out all the stress and knots. Prices are very reasonable too. I absolutely love Suzanne! I've been coming to her for years, following her to this location. I know that no matter what I will feel 100 times better when I leave her table, no matter how messed up I am when I walk in. Suzanne is friendly, and is excellent at working with the firmness that is best for you. She's found sore spots that I didn't know I had and worked out more kinks and pains than I ever knew I had. She's worked with me after races, long camping trips and through the general aches and pains of life. Seeing her regularly "resets" me to be ache and pain free, so that I can keep enjoying my life and keep up with my family. The location is perfect for me, since KidzPark is downstairs and I can drop off my little one while I get a massage. She's also very reasonable, making my monthly massage something that I can work into my budget, rather than it being a once a year splurge. read more

Suzanne's mission is to provide great massage therapy that fits your lifestyle needs and budget -- she delivers on both! I have been going for several months and look forward to seeing her regularly to relieve my overworked muscles and tension build ups. Suzanne stands out from others because she cares enough to ask the right questions and she takes her work seriously. I love her enthusiasm, professionalism and energy. Although the location may be a little tricky to find b/c there's a chance you might miss that turn into the complex off Stevens Creek Blvd...you can easily go into S. Clover Avenue where there's plenty of parking in the back. read more

I like deep-tissue massage to help recover from work and sports activities. I need firm pressure to loosen the tension in my back and neck but I'm sure they would accommodate anyone's request for desired amount of pressure. I had Christina who expertly loosened the muscles and fascia in my back, shoulders, neck, face, lower legs, and feet in the 90 minutes. My masseuse Christina listened attentively at the check in and during the massage to my needs and she tuned the massage I received perfectly to what I wanted. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I left feeling very rejuvenated and refreshed. I highly recommend going to Hands with Heart Massage and ask for Christina, she's terrific! read more
