Was referred here by my midwife for my 20 week anatomy scan since they took my insurance. I DO NOT at all recommend this place. Highly unprofessional and they didn't even have ANY paper to print copies of the scan. The scan took over an hour. Completely unreasonable amount of time. Pro: Friendly staff. Clean waiting area and exam rooms. Ultrasound tech was enthusiastic about baby as well, which was a plus, and made for a happy environment. Images came out clear and was emailed as well as texted to us right away. Con: I wish the video that was sent of baby's heartbeat was a little longer and had audio (I was told it would have audio that's why I didn't buy the extra heartbeat stuffed animal). The video that was sent was 6 seconds long only. We purposely paid for the Platinum, which was supposed to have 3D/4D/HD Ultrasound video segments as well as Bonus 2D Ultrasound video segments so we could share with our family who couldn't all make it to the appointment, but now all we have are images to share and no videos. I scheduled an appointment to come here and put in a deposit for the parent package. When I showed up for my appointment early the place was locked and had their door locked. I called them to see what's going on for them to tell me that their tech had to leave. I come from Reno which is a 2.5 hour drive and I only came for that. They didn't even have it in their plans to call me to let me know their tech was not available which is so unprofessional. When I talked to the person on the phone she was terrible and did not even apologize or help in any way. No where on their website does it say their DNA blood test to find out the baby's gender test is done using Sneak Peak. You can actually order Sneak Peak on your own from the sneak peak website and do the test yourself. BUT if you still want to get this done in a doctors office setting call to make an appointment, don't book online. I made an appointment on their website for Sunday Jan 30th for 9:30am coming all the way from South Bay. Unfortunately for me, I ended up waiting a whole hour waiting for someone to open the office. The ultrasound tech said she never got the notification of my appointment. I had already done a Sneak Peak test on my own a few weeks prior, but got worried from all the claims from the reviews saying the result was wrong. So I wanted to be sure before my in laws did a gender reveal and thought Sacramento Imaging would be using a different DNA gender blood test instead of Sneak Peak. Ultra sound tech said I shouldn't do Sneak Peak test again so instead she offered to do an ultrasound to she if she can see the gender even though I was only 12 weeks pregnant. She wrote the gender in an envelope. Thank goodness her finding matched my initial Sneak Peak test. ‍ 3 stars for their terrible website and online booking system 5 stars for the service I guess lol read more

Hiding COVID is a huge no no, ESPECIALLY for pregnant women! When I first called to schedule a 3d appointment, the person was super helpful and we were excited about our upcoming appointment. However, this week we received a message that the tech who was supposed to do our ultrasound was symptomatic with COVID, and was waiting for test results so they wanted to reschedule for next week. I immensely appreciated the transparency, but wanted to wait to find out if the office had COVID exposure before rescheduling, so didn't call back right away, planning to do so later in the week. Today, however, I got another message that "unfortunately the tech that was supposed to see us was 'unable to come in'" and that we could reschedule for either today or early next week. I went ahead and called and the person (different than my initial call) said that there were "technical difficulties"..... (uuuhhhhh..... I guess he wasn't aware that the honest person had already been honest?). So I confronted him about the first message I'd received that had explained that the tech was symptomatic and being tested for COVID, and he grudgingly mumbled that yes the tech had tested positive. So heres the thing. I am not against the fact that they had a tech test positive. COVID happens. Its a part of life these days. I AM, however, against them trying to frikken hide it! We should have the right to decide when and if we want to reschedule based on the honest facts. I may very well have rescheduled had they told me that they had a positive case and were closing for a short time to make sure everything is cleaned and disinfected and to make sure none of the exposed coworkers end up testing positive. (Though now if they said it I would not believe it!). I get that businesses are struggling, but fact that they're trying to hide it from their pregnant customers is an absolute disgrace. LYING and covering up something so serious is absolutely unacceptable. I wouldn't trust my dog at this place let alone the safety of a pregnancy and an unborn child. I did not, and will not, reschedule. This is my experience and my opinion. Do with it what you will. read more

I also don't recommend purchasing the photo album. We were given a frame with a dog on it that we could put one picture in and there was writing that said "fur baby" on it. I am 30 weeks pregnant and my goal was to get a photo of my baby boy's face. I was allowed to bring 4 guests in addition to myself. We went in the afternoon on 12/17/20 and baby was not cooperating very well but our awesome ultrasound technician Ashley was so patient and persistent. We never felt rushed and she had such a positive attitude the entire time. She definitely loves her job and it shows. She offered to have us come back in the morning a couple days later. We went this morning and again we had such a great experience with her. Success today! We got to see his sweet little face. I was texted photos and videos from the appointment immediately and given printed photos as well. Ashley really made the experience so wonderful. One of my best friends is pregnant as well and I've already recommended this location and Ashley to her. Felt compelled to recommend here as well! read more

My second scan went better than the first, and I was happy that their machine appeared to be working much better than before. Our tech was very accommodating in terms of scheduling and offered to come in 30 minutes to an hour before opening because she just so happened to remember us talking about our work schedule at the previous appointment. My baby was unfortunately covering her face with her umbilical cord, hands, and even her feet during the scan so we were unable to get a full face shot which was disappointing to say the least-but it happens! It would have been nice if I had been able to get up and walk around or do some jumping jacks to see if I could get her to shift some. Our scan was roughly 20 minutes long, and we got some extra printouts. It took us over 24 hours to be able to access our photos or videos from the scan due to technical difficulties with Tricefy though. It just feels like everything possible tried to make sure we didn't have a good experience! I would have appreciated the owner making an effort to come in and ensure we were happy with our visit, or offer us something for all of our troubles..but it didn't happen. A better room layout would've helped improve overall experience as it is uncomfortable to have to lay one way while having my head turned the other to see a tiny screen while my husband sat at the opposite side of the room on a couch all alone. I am overall more likely to refer friends and family to Baby Connection based off of overall quality and owner concern. read more

We went this weekend to look at our sweet baby boy. Even from the receptionist to the ultra sound tech they were WONDERFUL. WE came in and they had all Covid protocols in place. They were super sweet when we walked in. I was able to take my step daughter, husband, and mom. Once we were in the room it was honestly a great experience the tech was so sweet and helpful in describing everything we were looking at. It all seemed very intimate and sweet. Honestly I cannot recommend enough. We got some printouts and online ultrasound photos and they look great. Sometimes ultrasounds its hard to know what you are looking at and she was able to explain everything we were looking at. I was very satisfied and happy my entire family had a great experience. read more

This review is solely based on our experience with Tam. We purchased the Platinum Plus package through Groupon and she made our experience very enjoyable and memorable. Although our baby wasn't wanting to cooperate, Tam was patient and tried various ways to get our baby to move around. We were able to get some great images! I'm so glad this happened because we had a disappointing experience here our first time. Our tech couldn't get the machine to work properly due to some technical difficulties. Although we understand that things like this are bound to happen, the experience became very uncomfortable and awkward due to how our tech reacted. We can't remember her name but she came off a bit inexperienced and anxious. We are fore giving folks and would've given her another chance to work with us again. Nevertheless, Tam definitely allowed Sac Imaging to redeem themselves by being super informative and pleasant! We would highly recommend having this done if you can book with Tam! read more

My daughter had many questions about her ultrasound and I have to admit a bit nervous . We were a little late for her first appointment because of traffic. I called and they said don't worry, take your time, get here when you can . We arrived at the office and it was clean and organized. The Sonographer Sima brought us into a room with a wide screen TV and state of the art equipment.. It was painless and exciting.. I think the part my daughter liked best was the warm gel on her belly. Most places squeeze it out without warming the gel which is super uncomfortable We got to see the sex of my daughters baby and the best part was Sima seemed as excited about the baby as my daughter which added to her joy read more

It was somewhat rushed and he wouldn't move so I was told I needed to reschedule and they were booked 10 days out. So I went online and Sacramento Imagining and they had next day appointments and very open availability. I got so many amazing pictures and the ultrasound tech was amazing at what she does. I'd love to thank both ultrasound techs who helped me out on June 24,2020. They both were very patient which me and my boyfriend really appreciated! Our son was not trying to show his face at all! He was being so stubborn having both arms in front of his face and even his foot LOL! I forgot the first techs name, but she tried her very best to get him to move his arms away.. She even let me use the restroom & told me to jump around to see if it would help move him, but no it did not.. I really appreciate the fact that they did not just give up. That's when Gladys came in & worked her magic! Even with both his hands up still, somehow she worked around it and got really good shots of him! Yay! They were very efficient with the whole session. Drinking water throughout the week is crucial. My baby was being really shy but I still got to see some features. I also forgot to ask for military discount! The room is spacious for the guests you choose to bring. I was allowed to bring 5. COVID compliant in case anyone was wondering. Went today at 35w+2 days and was able to invite 5 people to come even during this COVID ! The ultrasound tech was super sweet and tried to make sure we got great pictures even though his umbilical cord was in his face and he tried snuggling with the placenta. I had a really good experience in my visit today. It was a fast and easy check in, I didn't have to fill out a bunch of paperwork. Before they started my ultrasound, they explained everything they were going to do and asked if I had any questions. My baby was very relaxed and the tech worked with my baby and had me cough and do little things very simple and easy for him to move. They were able to tell me the gender and had great images of my baby. Everything was very clean and comfortable atmosphere. read more

Tech is rude, always late. She gives you no privacy to undress. No towel to clean after. She told me my results which didn't seem correct then called back and gave me a different result. I went and got a second opinion and the results that they gave me were way off. My doctor and I asked for copies of my scans and never got them. I would recommend finding a different clinic. I had read some of the prior reviews and was a little skeptical, but I'm not sure what other's experience were but mine was amazing. Sima did my ultrasound and she knew of different techniques to get the baby to move so we could get a better view of her. Our pictures were clear and we received a video of the session. Sims was even kind enough to make a 18 second video so I could post on IG. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a 3D/4D ultrasound. Sima was professional, polite and on time. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had called them in advance asking if it was okay if I arrived at 4:30 because I lived far and she said yes then hung up. I was just making sure that I was having a boy. I was always told I was unable to have children so every moment of this pregnancy is precious to me. I came in and she didn't see me until after five. She didn't even greet me. After she had finally come out of her office to talk to me she was so unbelievably rude I thought she was kidding. I filled out the form and waited longer. She called me in and told me to lay on the table. Mind you the table had no paper or cloth down and very very unprofessional. I am an esthetician and when I saw that it completely disgusted me. Anyways I had driven a long way so I proceeded to the table. I was thinking I was at least going to have ten minutes to see my baby. I didn't even get five minutes!!! She rudely told me wow your baby is so skinny and made a rude face. She had absolutely no bedside manner. She then preceded to ask me(very annoyed) if I wanted to hear my child's heartbeat and of course I said yes! She put the heartbeat on less then 20 seconds. For $50 this is so completely not okay!!!!! After she was done she just told me to get off the table and had me pay and I left. I will never come here again. It really ruined a special time for me and I hope no one goes here either. If you don't enjoy your job then get a different career. This is a special time for everyone who comes in! Oh and not to mention she tries to pressure you into buying more things even after telling her no multiple times. read more
