Pro: Friendly staff. Clean waiting area and exam rooms. Ultrasound tech was enthusiastic about baby as well, which was a plus, and made for a happy environment. Images came out clear and was emailed as well as texted to us right away. Con: I wish the video that was sent of baby's heartbeat was a little longer and had audio (I was told it would have audio that's why I didn't buy the extra heartbeat stuffed animal). The video that was sent was 6 seconds long only. We purposely paid for the Platinum, which was supposed to have 3D/4D/HD Ultrasound video segments as well as Bonus 2D Ultrasound video segments so we could share with our family who couldn't all make it to the appointment, but now all we have are images to share and no videos. This was our first time here and will be our last. Disappointed we didn't get everything we paid for.

Staff is very friendly. Girls at front desk are helpful. I have been here twice and each time was pretty quick.

Communication with the phlebotomist will help to minimize miscommunication, provide clarification and eliminate unnecessary pokes. You are your best historian, so speak up about your veins, i.e. small, like to peek & retreat, rollover, needle type that has worked in the past such as a 'Butterfly', ecetera. With an appointment, being seen on time is the result, because Quest policy is to provide service to all scheduled appointments prior to servicing walk-ins. Waiting area is sufficient for mobility devices such as wheelchairs , walkers, canes and more. Blood draw area can be a tight squeeze for wheelchairs but the phlebotomists rearrange things to make access. With a scheduled appointment, an experience at Quest has the potential to be optimum. Oh, have insurance card or payment ready at the time of appointment or optionally, input health insurance information under the profile section in the MyQuest system when scheduling appointment. Anything to save time. Time is a priceless commodity.

Waiting room is full of patients. All checked in on the machine And when asked why no one helping. Very rude and disrespectful response. She said I'm all by myself. And nothing I can help with. But it's seems like this is every day routine (per people that they have come here before) Hope these reviews help improvement
