For all the negative reviews listed here, I braced myself for bad service. I was so pleasantly surprised to be greeted by really lovely staff who were attentive and thoughtful. Check in was easy, insurance verification was fast; and care was good. It does take time, as it's just two people working, but I didn't think the wait was unreasonable. Posting this terrible review for my husband. This was my 3rd time trying to get labwork done at this location. Tried yesterday for the second time and was told that "I'd be better off getting a paper order because obviously this guy didn't want to do his job and look for the order my doctor sent. I left. Today I went back at 9:45. Waited over 1.5 hrs was never called. They went to lunch. I left again. I will NOT be going back to this location. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. read more

Quest is horrible many bad experiences I decided to try Labcorp, made an appointment online very easy, went to check in very easy process and was greeted by someone at the desk! I made an appointment at another location but when I arrived there they had a sign on the door stating that it was closed and to go to this location. I did and they were luckily able to see me at this location. The phlebotomist that helped me out was very nice, however, my 3 hour glucose test was preformed incorrectly (not correct time frames for a glucose test) and my OB said I have to redo it and recommended that I go to Quest. It's a bummer because it is a very long test. read more

I'm not sure what has changed but this location for LabCorps is incredibly disorganized and short staffed. Currently 10:30a and I only see one phlebotomist and no one is at the front desk. And there's a gentleman who's been here since 9:00a for his 9:30 appt! (Shout out to that guy, he was really nice) They changed their availability to appointment only. Which they let everyone know by taping a paper to the front door... The older gentleman who seems to be running the operation seemed frazzled and stressed and the only other employee in the house looked like she was training. From the waiting room, it looks like there is very little time to give care to the patients. How come there aren't more people working at this location? And why has it gotten to this point where wait times are over an hour long for a 5-10 minute appt? I'm editing my review because honestly, Sterling (the older gent's name) apologized for the long waits and for any grumpiness that may have appeared during everybody's wait. With only him covering desk, req orders, appts, blood draws, and lab submissions, of course it would take forever! Props to him though, because without him this location would be closed too! read more

I came here for a routine urine drug screen for school and had the worst experience. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to give a full sample on my first attempt. Instead of handling the situation with patience and professionalism, the woman leading the exam raised her voice at me and made unnecessary, rude comments saying things like I "do everything last minute." That is simply untrue, as I came in the very same day my program notified me. The way I was treated was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. A medical testing facility should provide a supportive and courteous environment, not hostility. Because of this encounter, I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

Just a terrible experience. Denied service 30 Minutes before close and told to come back the next day. Come back the next day and they say they cant take any tests today and try another time. Over 5 hrs of driving for this is unacceptable. read more

When I 1st arrived about 7:30, it was busy and I heard the front desk tell someone right after me that there would be about an hour wait.. the longest I waited was 30 min. They were very friendly and quick. I've been here a couple times and have never had any complaints. Michelle the assistant that took my blood was very courteous and professional. I waited an hour with disorganized staff. I asked for same day results. Received no results. I'm not paying for these.

Faculty is incredibly rude and has no regard for any one else's time. The larger lady is inconsiderate and impatient. I waited in the lobby to be seen and was informed 12 minutes later they won't take any more drug screens despite me arriving within operating hours. Awful service, literally zero standard of care or chain of custody responsibility. I've never seen such carelessness or lack of responsibility in a medical facility. Employees reeking of cigarettes forcing people to stand at the counter after calling them up for 10+ minutes while they wander off and never return to assist. Raquita is by far the most amazing person in that facility. So welcoming and warm, very educated and has excellent customer service. If you don't like needles like myself she will make you feel so comfortable and lets you know what she's doing step by step. She even PRAYED over me since not being able to draw blood at another facility before coming here and getting pricked almost 8 times!!! After her amazing prayer long behold she was able to draw all the blood she needed from me. Raquita I thank you and your excellent customer service as well as your God fearing energy. Type of Care: routine blood work Office experience: good enough! Care Quality: good enough! Google Maps is weird and doesn't quite get you there as of Aug 2023. It's most easily accessed off an adjacent, larger road. Give yourself extra time if you've not been to the office before. I can understand why the reviews comment on the (lack of?) customer service. The front desk staff present when I was there appear to also be the routine care staff. They're no nonsense. Recommend making an appointment online (most streamline experience I've had with that type of service, better than my own primary care's portal system). Use the tablet to check-in, get in, out, and on with your day. More complex lab work mileage may vary, but I was satisfied with my level of care. read more

Rude staff would not recommend. The gentleman who checked me in this morning was rude and had no patience assisting me.

The worst place ever! Don't go there. The people working at the front desk, white lady and guy (store, idk what spell his name) are very rude. They make you feel terrible. I went there twice because it's the only LabCorp near my house, and both times they were very unpleasant. If they don't like working there, why are they there? To make people feel bad? Terrible. Waited 30 minutes for a urine test and it never even got ran because I had to leave to go somewhere else.

The staff were beyond helpful and truly willing to help me with my employment screenings needed. Raquita and Sterling were both well versed at their jobs and welcoming with a high regard for patient rapport. I would highly recommend this clinic for any and all those that need service. read more

I mistakenly walked into the new Quest across the street and tried to check in before realizing I wasn't at Labcorp. No caffeine and fasting and running late and never having been to this Labcorp, I wasn't paying attention. Quest had a waiting room that was packed. When I realized I was in the wrong place, I crossed the street and walked into the correct office. There was one other person waiting and one person seeking a drug screen that apparently is not a service this location provides. I was greeted by a young woman who told me how to check in. I then ran back out to the car and came right back, and they were ready for me. I also had a text indicating so. Another young woman escorted me into the drawing room where she effortlessly collected the routine sample. I was out of there in just a few minutes. read more

I went in for a drug test for school, while the girl who was working seemed pleasant and happy, the older guy was not. The guy dropped my urine cup on the floor and proceeded to give it to me anyway...eww. Then after i gave him my sample and sanitized my hands, signed everything, i asked not once but twice if i could wash my hands, the first time he said the other bathroom was occupied and i couldnt (even tho there were two sinks near me) and the second time he also said the same thing even tho it was empty. The girl replied back as she heard me asked and said it was okay since it wasn't occupied. Mansss totally just doesn't care if you wash your hands. Like yeah i sanitized but would still like to wash my hands with soap and water. read more

Came in today for my pre-employment drug screening. I had made an appointment beforehand for 2:00pm. I waited a little over 30 minutes for my drug screening but it was no problem. The older caucasian gentleman at the front desk assisted me and he was really friendly. He was also the same person to assist me with my drug screening procedure. He made the entire process a breeze. I don't write reviews very often unless it was memorable whether it be a good or bad experience. I must say, I walked right in and was called right away. The specimen collector by the name I believe Sterling, J. was one of The funniest guys at a lab (or medical setting) I've ever met. He had me laughing the whole time. Here on a Wednesday at 1:30pm for a drug screen and been waiting for a good 30 minutes. Door is locked but hours state they are open from 7am-11:30am and 12:30pm-4pm. There are people inside because we can hear them from the outside. There is currently 15 people out here waiting. I wouldn't recommend this location. Update: one guy decided to open the door and to our surprise, it was open. There were 2 ladies at the front desk, both with a smirk on their faces. One of them said, "Some people have trouble opening the door." 4 people tried to open the door, I just wished one of them came out and open the door for us. Customer service is poor. I work in the medical field and this is just unprofessional. read more

The WORST lab I have ever been to. They close at 4:00 so I got here at 3:05 for my drug screen. The cut off for drug screening is 3:00 and the older man with short gray hair told me to come back the next day. HE DID NIT GIVE ME A SPECIFIC TIME. I came back the next day. I couldn't pee quite enough the this extremely rude, large blonde woman was going to give me a refusal! I told her I just needed a few minutes because I just drank a 30 oz tea. She didn't care, she FORCED me to drink more water or THREATENED to give me a refusal. Then she proceeds to shame, talk down to me and rush me because it's almost her lunch time. I was also NOT TOLD that there are specific drug screening hours. Absolutely disgusting behavior and extremely unprofessional. read more

Waited an hour and a half to be seen after checking in at my appointment time. Lobbed full of angry patients also waiting.

Very satisfied with the service. No appointments needed the service is very quick. From the time I got and out, it took me less than 5 minuets. You come in, register in the computer and go to pee. I'm really glad because when I was doing drug test for employment, I was there in line for 2 hours in quest diagnostics. So I'm happy. Moreover the results came back to me 24 hours later. When I walked in there was a lady behind the front desk of Indian dissent who looked up at me with a very rude look on her face I greeted her and said hello she did not respond I waited a moment and I said hello again that is when she finally acknowledged me after looking at me and said how she could help me I advise that I was there to do a pre-employment screening and the lady was so rude in regards to this and it wouldn't have probably been that big Of deal had she handled it a little better I'm a firm believer if you are going to be the one at the front desk you should be at least friendly somewhat and greet someone not stare at them like they have something wrong with them read more

Omg! This office is the worst. I waited at the desk for 10 minutes for a someone to come help me. Someone comes then asks if I have checked in, I said no that's why I have been waiting her for 10 min. He then tells me I need to check In at the kiosk. It would have been helpful for them to have a sign on the counter if no one is going to be sitting at the desk. I should have read all the reviews. The guy in the front desk was extremely nice to my daughter that was feeling extremely nervous about her exam. He made a bunch of jokes and small talk, she was so confident and not anxious or nervous anymore! So grateful and happy that he was there! Thank you!!!! Great people and fast service. The blonde white lady was extremely rude and should not be working here. I'm usually a very polite and professional person in my own job. She gave me attitude and I gave it right back to her. She told everyone at 2:40 when they were about to close at 3 that if we couldn't pee it would be better for us to come tomorrow. Immediately after that she told me it was my turn and mind you I had an appointment at 2:15. It's my first time taking a drug test for nursing school so I wasn't aware of how everything works. I had a second to think that maybe I should come back the next day but then went inside since they were in a rush. Surprise, I could only pee a little. She said she would have to fail me and I asked if I could come tomorrow instead. She said it's state regulation she has to fail me and I said she didn't tell us that she would have to fail us. I didn't think if we couldn't pee we would be failed?? Why didn't she say that? Regardless, her attitude was patronizing and lacked any empathy. Get someone new for the job.
