I was told to go sit in a room with another person and we read a sign that said that warranty work would cost a minimum of $25. I asked about it and was told by one of the employees that she couldn't explain it, and she didn't agree with it. A man came into the room and we asked him. He couldn't explain it either. I asked how they could charge for something they couldn't explain. I said it sounded like a "PFP" pure freakin' profit. I ended up coming across Beacon Eye Care after my dad came here and sang their praises. I scheduled an appointment and from there, it was magic. When I walked into Beacon Eye Care (which literally looks like a house), the woman at the front desk was incredibly nice and the place was pretty empty, which is also something I could appreciate. I was then welcomed by Dr. Lauren Boutet, who was such a gem of an eye doctor. I talked to her about some eye irritation I had been having and how my other eye doctor kind of dismissed it as dry eyes. Lauren took the time to figure out exactly what was going on and it turns out, I have an intolerance to some contact solutions! Ever since she diagnosed this issue, my eyes haven't been irritated and they are feeling great. She also went through my eye exam and she was incredibly patient and really put me at ease.
