I sent 2 complaints to my insurance company. Next step is small claims, lawyer, professional licensure for Optometrists. whatever to get the total amount and more for my time and mental stuff from them sending a policeman to my door that night . I was told to go sit in a room with another person and we read a sign that said that warranty work would cost a minimum of $25. I asked about it and was told by one of the employees that she couldn't explain it, and she didn't agree with it. A man came into the room and we asked him. He couldn't explain it either. I asked how they could charge for something they couldn't explain. I said it sounded like a "PFP" pure freakin' profit. I guess I need to find another eyeglass place, I mean, if they can't explain the charges to you, why buy from them?

After being examined by Dr Walker on January 3,2018, I took my new prescription to Ruthie in Outlook Optical. I wanted new metal frames, but they had nothing that I wanted to wear. Finally I decided to go with a more modern style which sets heavily on the bridge of my nose. When my new glasses arrived I had trouble getting a clear view. Ruthie bent the frame to better fit, but by the time I got home (20 mins.) they were already slipping down my nose affecting my vision (I have varilux lenses). I returned again and got the same treatment. I spent two weeks trying to tighten the nose and ear pieces, but with no success. Ruthie then suggested I see Dr Walker again to confirm the prescription was correct. Of course, it was. I then took my Rx down the road to Conway Eye Care. The optician listened to my concerns. She quickly found me metallic frames that looked attractive and fit very well. When the lenses arrived, I was very pleased the finished glasses. Frames look good, the lenses sit so my vision is perfect, everything is much lighter. I am a very happy customer. I strongly recommend Conway Eye Care, and I continue to recommend Drs Iorfino and Walker. I do not recommend Outlook Optical.
