Grace, a medical student is always a ray of sunshine and it's been fun watching her learn and advance her skills this past year. Kelly says she never got the message we aren't taking new patients. Called back on the 30th Nancy says she gave her the message clearly someone is lying. They explained things to me calmly and easily and checked on us often. The nurse brought her a special little sippy cup with water and ice that she brought home and loves! The care from the doctors, nurses respiratory specialists was wonderful, and my daughter isn't afraid of the hospital or doctors because of the wonderful staff at Memorial Hospital! Thank you all

Visiting from California for 2 weddings & to visit sick mother. Husband started having SOB,…read morefatigue, wheezing, edema (swelling) & was brought into cardiac room & hooked-up to heart monitor within 2 mins of entering ER. Nurse came in & explained probable course next Dr visited & ordered BLOODRAW, EKG, chest xray, nebulizer treatments & IV BP medication & by mouth diuertic pill. Once stable & 2 negative blood tests for cardiac enzymes were negative which ruled out heart attach--we were thankfully released with prescriptions called into CVS, xray on CD & all test results in timely manner as they all knew we had to get home to rest before wedding. Entire staff from front desk, nurses, doctor were professional & efficient & thorough while remaining pleasant which kept us @ ease during very scary time (57 yo-1st time feeling this way). Highly recommend this hospital=5 stars!!

This practice then failed to bill my insurance, BCBS, in a timely fashion, so my insurance refused to pay it. Then, two years later they sent me a bill! I refused to pay it so they sent it to a collection agency and threatened my credit! Not good! There is not one accredited MD in this entire practice! They also misdiagnosed a stroke I had! Idiots!
