The spa is located with the North Conway Grand Hotel right behind the outlets! When we walked in we were greeted by a super friendly woman who checked us in. The space is small but warm. We had a nice couples massage. He's got really good energy, and I felt comfortable from the first moment we talked on the phone for my free consultation (and I had endless questions then). Finally, I found Cassiels Day Spa, and lo and behold, the receptionist answered the phone on the second ring, and I was able to get an appointment this week (they offer permanent hair removal services on Mondays and Tuesdays). Cassiels is a unique-looking spa that was converted from a typical Maine house. It's beautiful and clean inside with a variety of interesting makeup and skincare products. The electrologist, Ashley, is young but excellent at her job. I received 30 minutes of electrolysis for only $35 (It's $25 for 15 minutes, $35 for 30 minutes, and $45 for 45 minutes). The spa was such an inviting environment that I booked a haircut the same day (for only $18). Great place overall -- I will definitely be a repeat customer!
