The camaraderie between the staff and patients helps everyone to relax. After all, who wants to spend time in the dentists chair? As for Dr. Nick, he genuinely cares about his patients and staff. He greats everyone who walks in. He checks in on patients with the hygienists. He follows up in person or with phone calls to ensure things are going as they should. I called Circle Dental to set up an appointment, and they told me that they weren't accepting Signa or Metlife because of a "Pay Discrepancy" and that "If I had Delta Dental, they would accept me". When I called my insurance back and reported this to them, they said Circle dental had not informed them of the "no new patients", I requested them to call and verify. Still, when MetLife called Circle Dental, Circle reported that it was due to overall "Patient Capacity" There is a significant discrepancy here between what they are telling patients and what they are telling insurance companies. These two calls happened today and within an hour of each other.
