My old janky door was coming off the hinges and would wake the kids up when it opened. Phil came out and gave me a bid real fast. No bs, very professional and nice. We picked a door and he said he'd be by at 830am the next day. Showed up exactly on time, was done in almost an hour and everything was perfectly lined up and cleaned up. My garage door motor was a mess before, he remounted and made everything look great, fixed up all the wiring making sure no cables dangled (like they had been before). Walked me through everything, told me to call him if I ever have issues. Easiest work I've ever had done on the house. My only disappointment is Phil only does garage doors. Wish I could find someone as clean, efficient and with an eye for detail for other smaller jobs I need done. read more

After searching for the best deal for a new garage door opener, I had another company on here quote me a ridiculous price for a new opener with installation. Decided to buy my own opener at The Home Depot and took advantage of the $99 install through The Home Depot. Phil sent me a text to let me know when the motor arrived. He was able to squeeze me into a Monday. Showed up to my house at 8:30am sharp and found that the garage door spring was broken. ( the first company gave me "everything looks good, your spring is not broken). Phil showed me what was wrong, and said he could get it done before I went to work at 1:30pm. He left to stop at another job and picked up my new spring. Came back in less than 2 hours and knocked it out! He even remounted the new opener in a lower position because he said that the original was set too high. Phil is straight up, no nonsense, get the job done kind of guy. I had just come in the house after parking the car in the garage when I heard a loud clang. The garage door spring had broken in two. I left a message at Sac-Town Overhead Doors and Phil called back within a couple of minutes. Luckily he was nearby. He went to work and quickly replaced the one very old spring with two new ones. Worst customer service ever! Had a garage door that was contracted for them to do but it has a gap between the door closed and floor, I cannot close the door all the way. Phil came out and installed it, expertly, in less time that I would have taken to open the box and read the installation directions. FANTASTIC SERVICE! Our garage door popped off the rails and the door got crumpled. Our primary vehicle was stuck inside and it was already past 5pm. Though I'm pretty handy, the door was so mangled that I was afraid to touch it. I called Sac Town Overhead Doors and left a message. I received a callback in less than 2 minutes. Phil was willing to come over and help us. He was in my driveway in 15 minutes! He was able to fix the door (actually strengthened it more than the original design) and was able to correct the flaw that bent the door up.... a roller that was so loose that it popped off the rail and dragged on one side. Phil worked quickly, efficiently, and smartly. He definitely knew what he was doing. We will absolutely call him again for maintenance and likely to install a new motor. Recommended! read more

Screwed my garage door up closing it it on my car. It took 3 people to get it closed after removing it from the top of car. I had visions of a new expensive replacement door. Phil showed up next morning looked it over , quoted a extremely reasonable price and left 30 minutes later with the door repaired and working perfectly.
