The person doing the install was clearly inexperienced and spent most of the time hitting the tracks to force them into place rather than recommending proper repairs or replacement. Fast forward three years, and now the tracks are failing--no surprise given the original workmanship. The company's solution? A new quote for $1,800 to replace the tracks they should have installed correctly in the first place. This feels like a scam company with untrained employees, charging premium prices for subpar work and then coming back years later to charge even more to fix their own mistakes. Texted him, no answer. Eventually he responds and says they are sending someone else. That guy showed up at 10:30 and fixed the problem. Replacing two springs cost $950. He gave us a minor break in the price, since they were, you know, over 18 hours late. He was very nice. Delays happen, but it felt like they booked us for a time slot they couldn't meet. Had they said we can't come today, we would have called someone else, which I guess is why they told us they could make it.
