This review is for the "Buffet Style" pizza side of the store. The older Hispanic lady who makes pizza in the morning is totally lazy. There is a line almost out the door and she is standing there putting on her make up or gossiping with the ladies who work there. There is a Hispanic gentleman who is much better. He does rotate the pizza's and there is always pizza's available. What is very ironic is Sac n Pac has gone to their "44 Grill", which is their own kitchen. They have started with flour tortillas and I am sure they have other things you can get. The big problem with that is that the Pizza people are too lazy to make pizza. What makes you think they are going to make other things? They used to have a sandwich shop in there and that did not last long at all. Get gas and the groceries but skip the pizza and do not even attempt to let store management know. The lady who is the district manager will let it go in one ear and out the other. Horrible customer service. Rude, obnoxious staff. Drive down the road to the next store and give your money to them instead.

This is directed at "joe" specifically, the representative handling the register at night who's never heard of "donut sticks". I say joe with a little j as the little man with no sense of any customer relations, or humor, or donut sticks who works at the worst gas station in Kyle Tx should be spoken of... And now, directed at the whole store... Since I called to find out "joes" name, he calls back and says "uhh, hey this is joe... I missed a call", I said "no, you missed a review" and hung up, as my opinion had already been set by their representative... Wait, I've been rudely interrupted mid review... Ok, I'm back... I was then called back twice, by an "unknown" caller. The second time I answered, I said "hello joe", a female voice responds with, "I'm not joe, what the fuck is this review shit" I said I was placing a review of my service, and she hung up. Mid review!!! Pfft, these people are the worst. They should first stock the shelves that were empty, and then be fired for their po-dunk lack of cognitive thinking. The utter audacity of these mouth breathers is daunting. I will be calling the owner in the AM. Anyway, I was merely reviewing their register service, now I've gone off topic and off the hinges... Seriously with the 3 phone calls I received in reprisal of the threat of a simple review. YOU SUCK! DONT BE UPSET BECAUSE YOUR BEING REVIEWED!!! FIRE jOE AND THAT RUDE BI.... June 8,2011 I visited this gas station to fill up and get to work as usual.The company I work for has a account witt this store so when me or any other employee pull up all we do is press inside credit and the clerks supposed to approve it when done filling up we go inside sign a receipt and take a copy,Well it never goes like this for me in fact everytime I pull up I have to walk inside and ask them to cut the pump on even though they see our bright yellow cars outside and know we have a account with them before my visit this past Friday I notice I can pull up before one of my employees and have this same problem when all they do is pull up and go to pumping sad but true,anyway I had to ask one of my employees to go inside of the store and asked them to please cut the pump on I was told that the clerk Manny just stared at her and his supervisor asked him also can you cut the pump on he replied no I declined it then his supervisor asked why he replied because I dont trust those people she then replied but they have an account with us so after all of that he finally cut the pump on after filling up I walked inside of this gas station to sign the reciept and Manny look as if he saw a ghost my co worker was the first in line and I walked up behind her at this time I didnt know what was going on but when it was my turn he treated me bad like if he was scared of me by the way im a african american female who is also 7months pregnant he gave me the impression as if I was trying to rob the store and he asked me to pay for the gas after the supervisor told him we had an account with the store the customer service here is horrible I feel so little and I try not to let things like this get to me Manny and his supervisor needs to be terminated I dont think it was the first time they treated someone this bad and it wont be the last read more

I am a Kyle resident have been for years now . I shop frequently at this store but it saddens me to say I will no longer. Now I usually go in for a gallon of mile and a cartoon of cigarettes. And gas to get to where I need. Now over thee years I have seen many faces come and go fortunately all the ones people liked now over the years I have seen excellent service go to the slums women coworkers standing gossiping like yeti's .the manager seems to sit in the corner back booth eating and sitting down. The female assistant managers are nice to what seems to be their buddies or drinking partners another employee plays bejeweled. I called the number (512)392-6484 to voice my complaint and no response a supervisor was there one day and basically gave me the ole heave ho . Now I ask what kind of company would allow such chaos where grown adults chase each other and knock each other down as infants playing tag to me that reflects on that snot nosed tyrant of a supervisor she said she was in charge of this well it shows her attitude shows through this store through and through .I have seen many great friendly faces go and unfortunately the one stay who have the same outlook as that supervisor did crude to customers and noncompliant. if you ever need help finding something these women stand by the pop machine and point and get right back to their juicy conversation for the day and yes some day's they will check you out if your a favorite to them otherwise your waiting in line for 3o minutes. I hear a bread basket is opening up in a month or so at plum creek the residents and i can not wait I think i would rather shop at walgreens and fill up at the Q-market that's how bad this store is . read more
