Dr Sabrina Nassar is a fantastic dentist. She takes care of my two little girls and is gentle and friendly. They love the staff and think it's a treat to go see Doctor Sabrina. She is very gentle and takes the time to do it right. I see others are upset about paying their bill but not about the care. Seems like they are happy but should pay attention to the cost she presents before they do their work. The best thing about Doctor Sabrina is that she loves the community. She donates time, energy and money to many local charities that benefit Madera. Great person educated at MUSD that continues to make a difference. read more

The orthodontist will try to scam you. Make sure you request a detailed itemized bill. The dentist is great but the orthodontist does not treat well (although full of smiles). I absolutely regret going to her for my Invisalign. At the end of my treatment I was told I still owed over 1k although the orthodontist made it seem that when I was done getting more trays for the Invisalign that the payments would stop, so when I asked about it at the front desk they said the orthodontist doesn't know about billing and to contact billing department. I left multiple voicemails and never heard back. I eventually sent a fax and letter disputing and received an invoice that stated I owed $700+, then they sent an itemized bill that dropped to $600+. No explanation as to the discrepancy. So to think I would've been out hundreds of dollars is not comforting, especially with the treatment I received was very poor. I went weeks with trays that did not cover one side of my back teeth which caused so much discomfort and I had to pay and wait for them to order the trays that did cover all my teeth (she has to approve first so that means she approved trays that she knew didn't cover all my teeth). If I had known there was still funds to pay I would've kept going in treatment but the orthodontist was pushy and made me feel like I shouldn't keep going with treatment because my teeth looked fine, although I was still not happy with where my teeth were. Please be cautious and don't take her word for nothing, ask for itemize bills. Better off not risking it and go elsewhere!! read more

I do not recommend this office. Although, I did like Sabrina Nassar, her staff lacks. They do not require pre- authorization,( even when requested by patient) you may receive a bill months later because your insurance did not believe treatment that was recommended by Dr. Nassar Was necessary. It was a rude awakening to receive an $800 bill 8 months after my cleaning. Beware of unnecessary treatments. read more

We love Dr Sabrina! She's great with the whole family- even my toddler gives her kisses. My older son has needed some serious dental work and even with all he's been through he doesn't have any worries going to see her- she's so patient and gentle. So happy she made it back to Madera!!! read more

Dr. Nassar is the most gentle dentist I have been to. She has been the only dentist I have been to since coming here in 2004. My son and his family are now her patients as well. If you don't get a pre-auth from your insurance beware. There maybe a less costly treatment available that the Dr. is not telling you about. She treated my 19 year old step daughter and the treatment was not covered. We got the bill from Sabrina a few months after the insurance had not paid. When we tried to question why the less costly treatment that the insurance recommended was not done, the poor receptionist just said "I'm sorry I know its a lot of money, I don't know what to tell you except you can make payments". She genuinely seemed to know it was not the right thing to do but she couldn't say so. When I further questioned it she said she would call me back after she talked to the Dr. She never called back so I did. The same receptionist told me she couldn't discuss my step daughters treatment options or cost with me because of privacy laws, despite the fact that the Insurance and payments are coming from me. Do your research and get a good honest dentist, don't be fooled by a name. read more
