I contacted Dr. Mirzaeian's office and the staff was friendly, was able to book us an apt. quickly, accepted our insurance, and sent us the link to have his recent x-rays sent to. The day of our apt, we were seen on time, Dr. Mirzaeian was detailed and explained our options, costs, and was able to take care of my son's chipped tooth the same day. I appreciated Dr. Mirzaeian's honest consultation and the time he spent with us. My son is very happy with the results and was able to return to school confident in his smile again. I'm very thankful to have found Dr. Mirzaeian and for the quality services he provided us.

When was the last time your dentist sent you a check?…read more A friend recommended Dr. ROCI0 and I've had three visits with her over the last couple of months. The first time we met she actually sat down next to me for 10 minutes and went over all my x-rays, explaining tooth by tooth what was going on and what her recommendations were. I've never had a dentist do that. I've never had a physician take that much time, either. As a nurse, this is the model that I try to follow: take time to get eyeball to eyeball with your patient and find out what's on their mind and then figure out what you need to do to help. But time constraints are real. Sometimes as a patient you feel like you're on a conveyor belt and the healthcare provider is trying to see is many a day as possible. Apparently this office has a different philosophy. Everybody I've met with from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist yourself has been a model of cordiality and professionalism. On top of which, Dr. Rocio's chair-side manner is sensitive and caring. I actually dozed off while she was working. And then today they sent me a check for $51.00. I had to call them up and ask them what was going on. I have never seen any physician or dentist who did something like this. Apparently my insurance company paid more than they needed to so they're refunding the difference to me. Heck of a business model: Instead of a surprise bill you get a surprise refund.

Said they would have their manager call as she was out on vacation. she never called so I called again 2 months later, they apologized and said she would call me back within 48 hours which she didn't. Just kept getting bills in the mail every few months. My favorite dentist and hygienist both left before this ordeal. Needless to say I will not be a patient anymore for Kellogg and Grant.

He is the ONLY dentist that won't do unnecessary work just because one has amazing dental insurance. His office is in Madera but I am picky who my dentist is ever since I moved away years ago and couldn't make it to see him. Luckily this year he was accepting new patients and he willingly took me back! My teeth has been in tip top shape and my previous dentist who disappeared (led me back to him) said who ever your previous previous dentist was absolutely did amazing on your teeth or other dentist in the field even compliments his work. He even says to say hi to my dad and sister who use to come in a while ago. I am currently trying to get everyone I know to go to them ! Avoid at all cost! Horrible care! I initially went in for a check up bc it's been years since I…read morelast went. I wanted to do teeth cleaning and possibly filing and they said they could get it done on the spot. They wanted to get X-rays for my wisdom and offered to take it out at the same time too. Which is ridiculous bc this was literally only 15 mins after check in. Then the young Indian dentist who was working on all 3 patients in at the time came in and worked so fast on my teeth. He cleaned it and added fillings and now I have pain daring back 2 months. He finished within 30 mins doing a cleaning and filling and I now have sensitivity pain from my teeth.

Went in for a toothache, was unable to eat or drink anything because of the pain, thus I was having difficulty taken my medications. Went in and explained to dentist what the issue was. He just tapped on several of my teeth and then told me to come back in 5 days to get treatment. I expressed concern over possible infection, the excruciating pain and being unable to take necessary medication for underlining medical condition. This was all ignored and told to come back in 5 days. Unacceptable. Their quality of care has gone down in the last year.
