Grade-wise it has to be at least a choice cut and when comparing to Costco, it is almost half the cost. The steaks were A-ok with a quick pan sear on both sides and for the cost it's hard to beat. I'll definitely return to try some if their other items like lamb/goat or for a reliable beef steak any day of the week.
