Myself and my family members went in the store and we also noticed how rude, and disrespectful he was talking to the female customers. He appeared as if he may have been on drugs or alcohol and was very loud & nasty and unprofessional. I decided not to purchase anything out the store and will never purchase any items out there again. In the past years I have never had any issues from anyone only the Rude disrespectful male yesterday. * I ranked his customer service as a 0. I am aware that 0 may not be a option however the service sucks .Also the sorrounding stores have a better selection and are very knowledgeable of the items they sale and are always pleasant .

The employees are very transparent, they let me know that if you break a glass piece you can get another one at 50% off. They also warned me about the pricing on the Japanese food/ candy. It is priced very high and don't just hope you don't notice the price. They also have a cigar section with, again many options.
