The store worker that was in the store yesterday was very rude and did not speak very good English. Also he didn't appear to be knowledgeable of the different flavors of the Moscato Wines as Example Red, White, Pink Rosa. Myself and my family members went in the store and we also noticed how rude, and disrespectful he was talking to the female customers. He appeared as if he may have been on drugs or alcohol and was very loud & nasty and unprofessional. I decided not to purchase anything out the store and will never purchase any items out there again. In the past years I have never had any issues from anyone only the Rude disrespectful male yesterday. * I ranked his customer service as a 0. I am aware that 0 may not be a option however the service sucks .Also the sorrounding stores have a better selection and are very knowledgeable of the items they sale and are always pleasant . read more

The customer service is always nice and they are helpful. They have a lot of different items in such a small place it's easy to miss something so take your time looking. The employees are very transparent, they let me know that if you break a glass piece you can get another one at 50% off. They also warned me about the pricing on the Japanese food/ candy. It is priced very high and don't just hope you don't notice the price. They also have a cigar section with, again many options. Then I noticed they had Birria Ravioli on the menu -- that definitely caught my attention, so I had to give it a try. The food was really good. The pizza didn't have a heavy amount of sauce. You could see it if you looked for it -- some people might say it could use more, others might say it was just enough. I personally didn't have any complaints, but I am curious what it would taste like with just a little more sauce, just to compare. The Birria Ravioli was impressive. Really flavorful and something different from the usual Italian menu items -- I'm glad I tried it.
