She whipped her screen around and said in the most condescending voice, "Count 'em" which I did and she had indeed charged me twice for the tequila. I don't have a problem at all with someone making a mistake. It happens. What I do have a problem with is a clerk who can't handle being questioned without pulling a bad attitude. I'll shop at the Beverage Outlet on Bobby Jones from now on. The Mullins Colony Beverage Outlet has lost my business.

Then they are charging you a $3.00 fee to use your debit card but no clear sign that says they charge this fee, they do have a sign sitting on the counter but not by the card machine that says they give a 3.00% for paying with cash. The customer service is always nice and they are helpful. The receipts do say sales are final and I honestly do not expect them to know every detail about every item in the store, especially if they have not used it before. They have a lot of different items in such a small place it's easy to miss something so take your time looking. The employees are very transparent, they let me know that if you break a glass piece you can get another one at 50% off. They also warned me about the pricing on the Japanese food/ candy. It is priced very high and don't just hope you don't notice the price. They also have a cigar section with, again many options. I'd like to believe they have something for everyone because I have yet to not find what I was looking for.
