Their green sauce has a lot of spice to it, so i usually just add the red sauce and the salad (curtidos) on top of my pupusas. We started with the super sampler platter, which was a really good idea if you are not super familiar with Venezuelan food (like us). It gives you an idea of how to order your main course (if you still have room!) I think my favorite thing from the meal was chicken patacon that we had on the appetizer platter. We took them to our car and ate there. We wanted to eat them fresh and hot and boy were they steaming hot. I loved the crispness of the shells. The filling was very flavorful and moist. I dipped them in the salsa and they had had a nice kick. They were delicious!We were able to polish off four. We sat and ordered at the table and the staff member was very friendly and kind. She explained different items for us newbies. We got papusas, beans, and fried plantains. It was all made fresh, hot off the griddle. And it was all very delicious. I got one steak and one chicken papusa and they were both great.
