Their food is always good. Their meats are well made and flavorful. This place is always packed on the weekends. Small parking lot. They also have Brazilian candies.

I have no doubt that Sabor Brasil is good for lunch but at dinner time, an hour before closing, I think it was a little disappointing. The salad bar was in decent shape but the meats were all overdone by this late stage in the day. I would definitely return for lunch. Service was good and the young lady clearing dirty plates was very friendly. The gaucho slicing meats was also very pleasant. The restaurant is clean. [Review 10447 overall, 214 of 2019.]

So we met another couple here Friday Night, we parked across the street. We got in and it was a little confusing as to what or how to order, they told us to grab a plate and grab what we wanted... It appears they have different plating prices; Pay per lb on your plate Pay for a large plate, or all you can eat on this night anyway $19.99 We all said we would get the $19.99 order. Ok, so we grab some great food off the buffet line and I was happy with what selection was there, we sat down and the food was fresh made and very tasty. A variety of flavors, and diversity. Well along comes the Chef with an Excalibur Shishkabob filled with cooked meats, I was like yee haaaa he cuts it off for you and you use the provided tongs to plate it, he did this with the Beef sirloin, the Pork, the Chicken, then the Lamb! Ooooooooooo The Lamb!!! Yummy! This Chef was elated serving us, and at times practically begged me to try more after I was already full! haha This was an great night out, and I would and plan to frequent here again and often. Amazing fun, great food, They make you feel like a Guest in there Home Kitchen. https://i.postimg.cc/hjkjNpcK/51616467-10218033938350338-2305897258945609728-n.jpg

We were not sure what to expect the first time we visited Sabor Brasil, since it was classified as Latin cuisine and that isn't something we'd tried before. For those of you who have been in the Nashua area for few years, the restaurant is located where Ya Mamma's used to be before they expanded at another location. The wait staff was very friendly and filled us in on our serving options. There are two choices, an all you can eat version and a pay by the pound version. With the all you can eat version, they put a tag on your table, and keep coming with different types of meats until you switch the tag from green to red. We went as a family of 4 and all did the all you can eat. They have a buffet style service that includes soup, a number of salad choices, rices, and different types of meat casserole type dishes. You fill a plate with these, and then they also bring barbeque style meats to your table. Sausage, brisket, chicken, tenderloin, and several others. For the more adventurous, they also have chicken hearts (not for me, but my kids tried them). Overall, the food was good, maybe a tad heavy on the salt for my taste. The all you can eat choice works if you've never been to the restaurant and want a chance to try everything. It is probably more cost effective to get the pay by the pound option if you have specific favorites or if you have tweens like we do. My 14 year old tells me this is his favorite restaurant. We would go back again.

This is a review based on the quality of the food and warmth of the stuff. There have been a few…read morewrinkles that I will mention but am willing to forgive because the food really is so delicious. The feijoada is one of the best I've ever had. No off cuts that would scare away those intimidated by some of the more rustic ingredients that are sometimes found in feijoada. There are beautiful ribs and delicious smokey flavor here and nothing to fear or peck at. The condiments. The chef from São Paulo has a real mastery of condiments. His salad dressing will literally turn you into a salad person even if you don't enjoy or typically opt for a salad. There is a little vinegar-based pepper condiment for the feijoada that perfectly balances the wieght of the dish. Don't sleep on any of the little liquids in plastic cups that are served to you. They are all gold. The few issues I've had are regarding communication to customers. I've driven to the restaurant during normal business hours THREE times in a row to find them closed. On two occasions they closed early because it was a slow day. This is especially odd because their hours are lunch-focused as opposed to dinner focused. This is common in Brazil but I feel a little out of place in the U.S. Being closed for dinner is not great, in my personal opinion. Another time they were closed for participating in a culture festival, which is wonderful, but when I called before coming there was no automated message or any type of communication at all informing me that they wouldn't be open that day. It was irritating. Despite the above, when you can make it in, call to make sure they are actually there, and your visit will be well worth it. They are a tiny, family-run kitchen, and I'm ok overlooking to bumps in the road for superb food and very nice people.

I highly recommend it, specially if you're into Brazilian food, but regardless, every time I'm around I have me some. I haven't had the other dishes on the menu but I bet it's on the same level. Very clean space and fresh ingredients, I mean you can tell. The chef is super friendly and interact with customers frequently, I say that because every time I come here I see him talking with them. I think it's worth mentioning because I don't see a lot of that around, most places they're in the hurry and don't really give customers that special treatment. Its family owned and family oriented.
