This was my first time having Brazilian BBQ and it was great! They have a buffet that is either all you can eat or by weight (your choice). I would recommend going by weight though. It's only $6.19 a pound, and I think all you can eat is something like $18. Every dish I tried was great, especially the Feijão Tropeiro, which I ate way too much of before I knew what it was. The garlic beef was very tender, the chicken wrapped in bacon was.... chicken and bacon-y, and the pork sausage tasted like of like a Thanksgiving ham. The server and bartender were very friendly too, and the server seemed genuinely glad that we enjoyed it. In the end, it came out to only $37 for three people (including drinks), which each of us getting 2-3 plates. Very worth it. We will be returning. read more

We found this Sabor Brasil through restaurant.com -- so armed with a $25.00 off certificate, we ventured up to Canal Street in Nashua. The good news: delicious salad of lightly steamed collards and veggies made me very happy. We opted for the "Rodizio" which is the all you can eat buffet/meat fest. I enjoyed staying with the salads and had some delicious lamb, roast beef and chicken. My husband enjoyed more of the meats (sausages, chicken wrapped in bacon, garlic steak). A bit salty, but very good. Our servers, Shirly and Jairo, were delightful. This place is fun, especially if you're in the mood for meat. Note: the decor is not inspiring. Very simple, cafeteria furniture. Low on ambiance, feels like a take-out place (and you can do take out, which is a great option at $6.99/lb. for superb meat and salads). Brazilian comfort food. There are two options here, for about $17.00 you can get the all you can eat rodizio or you get the buffet and pay by the pound for ~$7.00. You can get any of the rodizio meat on your per pound plate as well. Some of the meat from the rodizio was a little tough especially the lamb but overall the flavors were what you would expect. The feijoada from the buffett lacked meat and was mostly beans but the other dishes were good. The best compliment came from my brazilian girlfriend who on the way out said it felt like she had just had Sunday dinner at her grandmother's house. read more

We've been to Sabor Brasil previously, and it was usually ok (3-4 stars). But we visited last night (8/2/12), and - without exception - ALL of the meats were overcooked, dry, and almost inedible. The only choices were sirloin, which was gristly and served with a huge ribbon of fat on the edge (the server wouldn't cut the meat any other way); bacon-wrapped chicken breast, which was dry and tough; chicken wings, which were also dry and tough; garlic beef, which was so hard and dry that they should be ASHAMED to serve; and sausages, which were reasonably good. I told the server that the garlic beef was tough and overcooked. He acknowledged it was "dry", and brought over the sirloin. This will be our last visit. If I could give last night's service 0 stars, I would. read more

I knew Nelson (the owner) when he worked at Oasis in Lowell as I went there many times. Jairo the waiter told me that he was going to work for Nelson in his new restaurant so I tried it out. Fabulous fabulous food! Drove an hour from home to pick up furniture and found this place on the map! SO GLAD! The all-you-can-eat is worth every penny, and all the meat sweats! Sabor Brasil does great Brazilian barbecue. Large selection of meats to choose from. As well as equally large selection of side dishes available. The wait staff is very helpful when customers are not sure of a dish or the taste. Caiparinis are available (and recommended!) A good selection of beers and wines help round out the possibilities. Dessert dishes are available and compliment the meals very well. Price range is very affordable. Sabor Brasil is a secret that I hope is not lost as it becomes more well known. This has been a great little surprise to the friends that have accompanied me here for meals. read more

The food and service here is outstanding! I came across this restaurant via Yelp and I'm so glad I did. My boyfriend is Brazilian and I've fallen in love with the food over time. I've been to many Brazilian restaurants but none like this! The food is pay by weight or all you can eat buffet. My boyfriend and I normally pay by the weight with a fresh passion fruit juice or Guarana. They offer many different meats (my favorite being the sirloin and chicken wrapped in bacon), all of the meats, however, are excellent. They also have many other traditional Brazilian sides. All of which leave me full and feeling like I left his families house after Sunday dinner. Along with great food comes great desserts. I have only ever tried the flan which was delicious. As you're paying at the register there is a small bin of Brazilian chocolates 2 for $1.00 and those are excellent! I've made it a tradition to try a new one every time I go. Very good food. If you are looking for a meal that is heavy on the meat, this is a good choice. Service is great, very attentive and friendly. This was my first time here, and they asked us that at the door and explained their process. if you are a light eater or a "one tripper" at a buffet get the by the pound option. After you get your plate you take it back to the cashier and she weighs it for you. if you are a two and three tripper to a buffet table, than get the 20.00 all you can eat option. the place is not much to look at on the inside but that does not matter because the food was great.
