I've found a great new place to get my eyebrows done! I tried waxing ONCE, and have vowed never EVER to do it again. Maybe it was the person who did it, but my eyebrows made me look like an evil villain. Never letting that happen again. Ever since that mishap, I have been a true and loyal eyebrow threading customer. I used to go to this place in Cerritos, but my work schedule just got too hectic, and I HAD to find another one closer to home. But who to trust with my eyebrows? One wrong move and it's back to evil villain again. Then I found Sabi's, and all my threading woes have been relieved. I already have pretty thin eyebrows, so normally I just need to get rid of the stray hairs that grow here and there, and she does just that. She shapes them really nicely (nicer than I've had at any other place), and makes sure that they don't get too thin. Trust me, I've tried those big chain threading places, and I've been disappointed way too many times. They are way too concerned with promoting and trying to sell their other products than making my eyebrows look nice. For $7.99, my eyebrows are nice and happy when I leave every single time. I went here with because my friend Jessica A. recommended her. Sabi is amazing. Her new place is functional and nice. It's large (used to be an old hair salon). She also has a punch card, so you get 10 eyebrow threadings done and get one free! I have super fine light eyebrows, like the kind that they invented eyebrow definer for. You have to shape all over and remove all the little hairs on the top and sides so they will even show up. It's time consuming and I can never get them all off. Now you can actually see them! I never had threading done before, so I was a little apprehensive, but she was sweet and made me very comfortable. She's super fast and did an amazing job. My brows look great! It didn't hurt as much as I thought it would, but I probably have a high pain threshold for beauty treatments. She also puts on some pain gel afterward, if you need it. Threading is about 1000x better than waxing. No ugly redness, no rash, and no oops took too much hair off. It's a little hard to find. I was hesitant to come here because my brother came here and some lady messed up his eyebrows, and his eyebrows are very easy to work with. I specifically asked for Sabi and she is such a sweet lady & I love how she tries to get to know you and conversates. Now my eyebrows are crooked, probably from past horrible threading, I don't know. After years of waxing and sugaring, I finally tried threading and I have to say I was beyond pleased. This place is no frills but the service was friendly and quick. I was in and out there in under 10 minutes. My brows were shaped perfectly. She was extremely nice and professional. You really can't beat it for $8. Pretty disappointed with this place. As soon as I walked out I had to tweeze my eyebrows to get them both uniform and to get rid of all the excess hairs they left behind. Some threaders have what it takes, and some don't, and unfortunately this place is the latter. UPDATE: It took two months to correct the asymmetrical job I got here, every threader I saw around me thereafter continued to follow the outline that this place did. Lesson learned. read more

My sisters and I normally go to a place in Artesia/Cerritos to do our eyebrows, but I wanted somewhere closer to home and decided to try this place out because of all the good reviews. I went on a Friday, which was busy, but waited about 20 minutes despite the wait--so not bad. My eyebrows are a bit weird. They aren't full, but grows sparsely in some areas, so I've always had a hard time getting them done "right" because they always make my eyebrow much thinner than I would like. But I'm happy to say that I like how Sabi did my eyebrows. They're a not to thin, almost perfect. And I say almost because Sabi told me I needed to grow out one of my eyebrows for her to shape it the way she would like. Oh yes, and another positive is that it doesn't hurt as much as when other threaders do my eyebrows. I will definitely go there again to have Sabi do my eyebrows! read more

Sabi's is awesome! I have tried many different threading places, and this is the place to go. This place is only a 5 minutes away from my house and there usually isn't a long wait. There are two threaders there and they are both equally good. They always shape my eyebrows perfectly and I have never been dissatisfied with my eyebrows. Cindy is a doll. I don't get my eyebrows done too often, mostly due to bad previous experiences that took forever to fix--but that's another story. I walked in on a weekday afternoon, no wait, sat down and told Cindy (vaguely) what I wanted. She was very patient and wanted to get it right. BEST place to get facial threading! Both Sabi and Rupa do a great job with any service requested. They are both very nice and friendly, which is important especially if it's your first time doing threading. I used to go to the bigger chain places but they are always in a rush to get you in and out. Not at Sabi's, they take their time and make sure you are satisfied. I came across Sabi's Eyebrow Threading as I was on my way to a nail salon right next door which was closed so then instead decided to give them a try, I appreciated that as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted, by Sabi her self! She then worked on my eyebrows which I had plugged for so long that they were so uneven without makeup and let me tell you the end result was way better then plugging them my self, they ended up very clean and even. She asked if my goal was to make them fuller to not plug them anymore and come see her so she could help me get them there.
