    Turkish eggs

Em2nd visit, ordered the Turkish Eggs. Such a beautiful and satisfying dish! The eggs came with creamy labneh, avocado, fresh herbs/greens, and perfectly crispy sourdough toast. I loved the combination of the rich runny yolks with the tangy, creamy labneh, and the avocado made it even better. The sourdough was nicely toasted and perfect for scooping everything up. Fresh, flavorful, and filling without feeling too heavy. Definitely a brunch dish I'd order again!

The ambiance of this cafe was so pretty, it's split into a cafe and a lobby that led into the eight hotel. The lobby was beautiful, very elegant and there were people working on their computers there. The cafe was gorgeous too. We parked in the eight hotel parking garage ($8 for 2 hours, but as a customer here they can extend your parking to 3 hours). Food wise, it was ok. Price is steep for food you could basically make at home, but you're paying for the vibes I guess. Shakshuka: 7/10 heavy on the tomato flavor but had a good kick of spice to it, and the paired flatbread was good Summer fattoush: 6/10 you could make it at home, but the dressing was good Bagel sandwich: 6/10 nothing extravagant but it was hefty

Food is great! Definitely recommended! Parking not so much.. you gotta be creative with parking. Staff was so-so, some of them were accommodating some were not. It's a very self service type of scenario. Seating was also not so great and this could be timing due to it being a weekend brunch. Overall ambiance is nice because their decor is very Mediterranean like Greece colors and stuff. Food: 10/10 the steak and eggs was so good that I finished the whole thing. The steak alone was so tender too. The matcha latte by default does not have sweetener so you have to ask them to add it which is additional charge. Also the place is very pricey definitely put that into account. It's more a high end brunch that is self serve. The -1 star is for the paid parking in their building and hard to find street parking.

I have always loved Sabine in Ballard and was so excited to try their new Bellevue location, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The space is beautiful and very aesthetic, and the service was great as well. We tried their hummus, Turkish eggs, and strawberry matcha latte, and everything tasted great. Definitely will be returning! The only sad part is that this location is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. I really wish they were open on weekends too!

Sabine just opened on the ground floor of The Eight building. It's a nice cafe and bar that serves pretty tasty cafe eats and has a decent bar menu. I came here for lunch which is served until 3pm. Chicken Shawarma Pita (4.5): pretty decently sized. The pita was thin and slightly toasted. Chicken was moist and in larger chunks. Good mix of veggies and pickled onions. Sauce was slightly sweet. Great contrast between savory, tangy, and sweet flavors. The only thing it needs is a little spice. I didn't think to ask for a hot sauce, but I think that would top it off for sure. I got takeout and it came with a small side of rice pilaf mixed with some veggies. There's a lot of seating inside, but you also have outdoor options when the weather is good. It also opens into The Eight lobby where there's more indoor seating. Overall, very happy this opened as this area is lacking in good solid lunch spots. I see myself stopping by and checking out more of the menu in the coming weeks.

Went here for my birthday twice , the service was good for this girl Kay bec she was so nice and sweet, I love the fact that they allow service dogs too. The food is also delicious, I just wish that they didn't burn the bread so much bec it becomes so hard and bitter too. The ambiance is amazing, love their decor and the spacious office like tables and chairs. My only complaint was that my bread was very toasted so I didn't like that much.

Beef hash, smaller than expected but very filling

Came here around 1030am on a Sunday and there was hardly any wait. We got outdoor seating as we had our dog with us. We enjoyed the Turkish eggs and beef hash. The Turkish eggs plate was much bigger although the hash ended up being more filling than expected. We also got lattes. I liked my cardamom latte more than their signature Valencia latte which has orange flavoring in it. A very charming and aesthetic cafe to dine at, I loved the decor. It was pricey though at $72 for two people .

Being to the Ballard location wanted to check the new Bellevue location. This location is located in the lobby level of the new Pokemon office. It's much smaller than Ballard but still a decent size. Decor inside is very fresh, open and welcoming. Staff are 10/10!!! Exceptional, friendly, patient and helpful. So was the manager walking around. It's open seating and self order from your table or you can go to the counter. We were kinda overwhelmed with table ordering from our phones and the manager came around and offered to take our order. Menu had alot of options so it felt like we were scrolling non-stop. We stayed for a beverage and appetizer. Price point on beverages is pretty decent compared to what's around. They have a golden hour with a good variety of food options from 4-6pm. Don't worry if you are there past 6pm you don't get kicked out! Overall great experience and looking forward to going back for a meal as who doesn't enjoy freshly baked pita bread !

Perfect place for laptop work. First two hours of parking for $8 and the Sabine cafe gives a follow up ticket to get you the third hour for free. Open Mediterranean vibe multiple seating areas some of them restricted for food. Relaxed indoor and outdoor areas. Lots of vegetarian option. Feta cheese is goood Mocktails are fine. Tahini one better than the other but cannot find a menu for the name. Staff of the cafe and hotel are sweet. Friendly n happiness creating.

A pricey, yet worthwhile restaurant that's perfect for pre-date night!…read more I came here with the missus. in the early evening to grab some eats and get out of the house during a busy month. I seen this place recommended a few times and after going, I see why it's recommended. Food They do have a pretty solid selection of eats as well as an extensive drink menu. We didn't really know what to order and I'm also on a diet so I opted for the steak salad which honestly was probably one of the best steak salads I've ever eaten. You can't go wrong with their bowls either. Now the price of said items are a different story. Although the eats are what I would call extremely high-quality, they were definitely on the pricier side, as were the drinks. Service We were seated almost immediately, even though we had a reservation and our server was very engaged. Our water cups were never empty. I think we would've appreciated a little more small talk or chitchat, but it was kind of busy in there so I won't necessarily hold that against them. Ambiance The restaurant was way smaller than it looks online, and the seating was a little awkward. We were sitting on this bench thing, but there is some type of separator in between the missus and I. I'm sure we could've sat somewhere else but so it goes. I do believe that there is seating upstairs, but we did not go up there so I'm not sure. What I did love about this restaurant is that the natural light from the big windows made it feel warm, and the music and plants/vegetation really did make it feel like you were somewhere tropical. Loved that! Conclusion Overall, I give this place a 4/5 would recommend. The food is great, the service is good and I'm pretty sure you will have a great time here, just be prepared to spend a little bit more than you anticipate!

The menu shows off many colorful fruit flavored carbonated beverages all of which sound delicious. Sometimes its really good and addicting. Other times ive been, ive gotten a few drinks that were flat and very bland flavor as if they skipped adding some of the listed flavors. I dont fully understand why. The concept is simple, they use soda and add a scoop of fruit pulp, a pump or so of syrup, and a sprinkle of dried fruit bits. I could be wrong, but I feel like i noticed they use large bottle of the carbonated drink to pour many drinks, but they go flat over time. Which means some people will get flat drinks. On my last visit i ordered several drinks. One was bland and flat.I tried to get them to remake my flat drink, but they warned me it would still be flat. I insisted as my other drinks we had taste better having more carbonated spark and sweet juicy flavors. They remade it using the same bottle of soda and it was just as flat and bland the second time so I just tossed the drink and sipped on my families drinks that tasted amazing. Idk if i would recommend this location as it seems to be so hit or miss. Maybe just make sure they use fresh soda and also that they give you all the mentioned flavors. Hey, maybe on my last visit they just ran out of flavor and fresh soda and didnt want to tell me. When they make it right, its absolutely worth a try.

Club Seltzer proves that you don't need alcohol in order to concoct a delicious drink. Their…read morerefreshments are flavored with real fruit and don't include any added sugar, making them a healthy alternative to sodas, with much more pizazz than just a can of sparkling water. Nine enticing creations make up their menu, all of them being fruity and vibrant in color. Ordering is very simple on the kiosk as you just select your drink and also choose an Adaptogen, which is their version of a health "boost". A few of the Adaptogens are free of cost (I selected the immunity one), but other more premium options will cost a dollar or two extra. According to the staff member, most of the Adaptogens are flavorless. All drinks are $7 each and only come in one size. I've visited on two different occasions and both times, my seltzer was ready in just a couple minutes. + PINEAPPLE BREEZE: A refreshing combination of pineapple purée, passion fruit purée, freeze-dried passion fruit and a thin slice of dried pineapple. Both fruity flavors were balanced; I could taste the bright pineapple and the juicy tropical passion fruit. The seltzer was crisp and perfect to enjoy in the Seattle sun. The freeze-dried passion fruit dissolved over time, strengthening the intensity of its flavor with each sip. + RUBY REFRESHER: This drink included cherry purée in addition to lychee. The menu stated that it also includes coconut, but the employee who helped us said that they have never added coconut to the drink, so I'd suggest that they update the description. Additionally, she said that they were out of the actual lychee fruit which would have otherwise been placed on top, so she substituted with some freeze-dried strawberries. This said, the drink strayed from what was displayed on the menu, but it was still good. The cherry flavor tasted very natural and the lychee flavoring brought a juicy sweetness. With this being located within the Lincoln Food Hall, these seltzers are somewhat of a splurge, but are the perfect addition to round out any meal.

Sat at the bar and tried out some happy hour specials. Got the Korean sauce wings ($12) and cheese truffle fries ($8). Decent amount of fries, definitely has cheese flavor but not that much truffle oil aroma. I liked the wings which you get 6 per order. They weren't fried, but rather tender and juicy. Sauce was agreeable. Definitely enough food for my dinner. As for the drinks, I got the rosemary mule which is Moscow mule with some rosemary herb. The copper mug they use is good sized. Tasted refreshing although could feel the alcohol afterwards. Also tried a corpse reviver no. 2, which was a little sweet but has a punch. Cocktail prices are not cheap outside of happy hour, in the upper teens. Overall, was glad I tried the place out. Will drop by for happy hour once in a while.
