OVER PRICED for poor quality machine. don't waist your money.

These guys build beautiful bikes... but they don't take care of their customers. I brought my bike…read morein for tire change and a few repairs. They told me that they were up against a deadline, but it shouldn't be a problem to get the work done before this. They didn't. Not even close. It took an additional 10 days. After paying, I walked out to the bike... and found that they had only changed one tire, and then claimed the price they quoted and I paid only included one tire. The notes they had were so poor that there was no record that in fact, I did want both of the tires I brought to them mounted and balanced. They were pushing me to do $500-1500 more work on the bike, but couldn't even do the primary thing I brought the bike to them for... I would never recommend anyone go to these guys. Unprofessional and too expensive.

I have been without my bike since july and now its damn near Christmas. I had to stop by the shop numerous times for parts to drop off or pick up and I would get the dance "I was just about to call you" every time if my bike wasn't in shambles I would have drop my bike off to a better more qualified shop with better customer service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. His words to me was "I'm trying to keep the doors open" I can't tell I was the only bike in the shop at the time plus the bike build he was doping for the lone star rally i'm just saying. use at your own discretion.
