Those people couldn't tell me anything. They knew what I wanted before I left home and still didn't have answers when I got there. (I was a tough question: "what's the out the door price on a as particular motorcycle"?) Second girl went to the office to get the information. She was still there when we gave up waiting and left. I have great confidence that Sophia would quickly find out whatever information I needed. Heck, she's provided insight to motorcycles I've looked at at other dealers. This place has unbeatable customer service before you ever get there.

The invoice states the tube was a Drag Speciality and I trusted it was. A few days later I was riding in Comanche County and the tube popped - the bike towed to a reputable shop in Stephenville (boneyard cycles) where the shop owner there discovered the tube was pinched and was NOT a Drag Speciality tube but more than likely an Amazon tube. I brought the tube to 5 Star where the owner Tony threw the tube back at me and said it wasn't his tube. I asked Manny his "service manger" if he backed up Tony and he stated "I wasn't back there when they replaced it". I asked to speak to the mechanic who changed it and was told he was on vacation. Tony refuses to back his parts and labor warranty DO NOT BRING YOU BIKE HERE

Turns out I had a faulty rear cam phase wire. Unfortunately, I am out of warranty with only 3100 miles on my bike. Maverick service team stepped up, got it fixed and sorted it out with Harley Corporate. I have owned a lot of bikes over the years and I can say Maverick always goes above and beyond to take care of my bike. Trip and Dane are always great to deal with!!

I brought my forks to Metric Motorsport to have the seals replaced. The first time, they said they…read morecouldn't find the right seals, so I found and ordered them myself, then drove back up there to drop them off -- already my second trip. When they said the forks were finished, I picked them up, installed them on my bike, and immediately noticed they were leaking worse than before. I took them back, and they rebuilt them again -- but the issue continued. They told me there was a missing washer, which I personally believe they lost and didn't want to admit. After several trips back and forth (about five total), they started saying the problem was my fault and that something was wrong with my forks. But if that were true, they should've known that after rebuilding them four times. Instead, I wasted time, gas, and effort with no real solution. Overall, the experience was very unprofessional. They were dismissive of my concerns, refused to take responsibility, and left me with leaking forks after multiple visits. I would not recommend Metric Motorsport
