We had a water leak from our upstairs bathroom, into our newly remodeled kitchen and down into the…read morebasement. Three floors of our home sustained significant and notable water damage. I was given Mike Butler's (at Rubin and Rosen), contact information from the contractor who remodeled our kitchen, and Mike was at my home within 1.5 hours of my initial contact. He met the insurance agent at our home and immediately led the entire process for us, including ensuring the proper abatement was completed by the restoration company Total Restoration Industries(excellent as well), and negotiating a fair and equitable claim with the insurance company. When the insurance company wanted to re-inspect the property prior to final adjudication of the claim, Mike made himself available and was in our home alongside the insurance representative, answering any questions that came up. Again, Mike led this entire process to perfection. Bottom line, Mike is the consummate professional, knows what he is doing, and it is clear he knows how to partner with the insurance company to ensure a fair resolution to our claim. The end result will ensure that we are able to repair the damage to the home from the leak, without worry. Highly recommend if your home or office has sustained damage, that you give Rubin and Rosen a call. EXCEPTIONAL service. Thank you Mike Butler for all that you did for us.

You're in luck; you've stumbled onto a great tip when filing a homeowner's insurance claim, and…read moreI've got just the right person to send you to. I heard about claim adjusters when I saw broadcasts about Floridians' homes destroyed by flood and Texans' homes hit by tornadoes. I thought insurance adjusters only exist to represent the insurance companies, but I found out YOU can hire what's called a "Public Adjuster" to represent you to the insurance company and advocate on your behalf for the best possible outcome for the policy you have. You don't pay up front. It's like an injury attorney, they take a fee from what they collect for you. On YouTube you can watch public adjusters give lectures, to groups of people who've gone thru natural disasters, on the process of filing claims, but you can hire your very own. When you hire a public adjuster, they'll read your policy, contact the insurance adjuster and start negotiating with them on your behalf. You can get back to picking up the pieces. A public adjuster understands this and the legalese of these policies. I'll bet you don't even have the full copy of your policy. I didn't realize that I didn't have it either. Your insurance company will send you to a website for you to download it and when you delve into it, you'll realize how much help you need comprehending it. How can you debate or negotiate with the insurer if you don't know the benefits and mandatory requirements to gain a return? You don't have to go it alone and you will not find a more professional, competent, knowledgeable or capable person than Public Adjuster, Juliana Castro-CPAU. Go to her website and read for yourself. You won't find another Public Adjuster's site as informative or as clearly written as hers either. That's how she works. She takes the time to explain things and shows you how the process works. I am a very satisfied customer. She's been an absolute God send to our family when we had a homeowners sewer problem. If she can't help you, she'll tell you. What can it hurt to have a consultation? And Good luck.
