The fact that they won't listen to me, or admit this is a faulty piece of furniture, and help me replace it is mind-boggling. For over $700 and Less than a YEAR in my home, NOT EXPOSED CONSTANTLY to WET SHOES makes ZERO sense why this is happening. We had a terrible experience in their store when we tried to order goods worth more than $3000. He made a mistake in the order. When we asked him to cancel, rather than cancelling the order, he made a duplicate order without notifying us. Our card was charged twice without our approval for the duplicate order. He, after making the duplicate order, told us that we should come back and return the duplicate item when it arrives to get back our money. We were surprised that our card was charged twice without our approval although we were standing in front of him when he was putting in the order. We asked him to cancel both orders as we did not want to come back to return the duplicate item. At that point he became even more rude and was extremely unhelpful. He said the store manager was not around to resolve this dispute, although it seemed he was the store manager. He didn't seem to care that he lost a customer who was ready to buy goods above $3000. This staff should be held responsible for not only losing a customer forever for Rejuvenation and ruining William Sonoma's reputation but also because he was non-transparent to the customer and charged their card for a duplicate item without their approval. Be very very careful when you order anything in the Rejuvenation store and double check what they are charging on your card. We still haven't got back our refund that was charged on our card without our consent.

It is unusual to get the kind of service that I got from Jordan at Saatva and from the company as a whole. I purchased a site for mattress and also the lineal that allows the bed to be raised and lowered. We've enjoyed it for a few years now and suddenly it just stopped working. What was surprising is that it stopped working on both of our beds which are plugged into independent outlets. The raising of the head is important for me as I have a condition that requires that I'd be sleeping in a partially upright position. I called Soffer and explained the situation. Jordan was very understanding and within two days they had people at our home to correct the issue. The two days by the way we're weekend days so I didn't really expect anyone to come on those two days. Anyway they fixed it and now it's working perfectly and actually it was something wrong with our outlets not even with the machine itself. So pleased that I bought everything at Sattva and glad they hired someone like Jordan to represent their company read more

I have had a Saatva queen-size mattress for 2 years. I also have a bad back; it's really a mess; surgery scheduled for January. I needed a mattress that would give me good support. I felt like the mattress I had was "sinking" in the middle. I called Saatva to explain my problem, describe my back, and ask what the warranty would guarantee me. The gentleman I spoke with assured me I had a good mattress for life. He sympathized with my back pain and thoroughly explained the "new mattress" policy. I asked a LOT of questions because I couldn't believe it was this easy. Could there be something I'm missing? There were no hidden requirements. I received an email after our phone conversation. I had my Saatva Solaire and Adjustable base delivered recently by Coleman World Wide Moving (Saatva's local delivery partner). It was a great experience and has been from the very start. My sales associate, Chris, did a great job helping me determine what the best bed and base were for my needs and educating me on the process and what to expect. The delivery company was very flexible in meeting my needs for delivery and the gentlemen they sent to deliver and assemble the bed were very polite and knowledgeable about the base and bed and made sure all of my questions were answered before they left. Our daughter purchased a King Luxury Firm bed, and she absolutely loved it! We, in turn, purchased a Queen. Unfortunately, it was too firm for us and Saatva replaced it with their Plush model, with only a $99 fee for pickup and delivery. We are very pleased with this 14.5" mattress and 4.75" foundation. Throughout the entire process we dealt with the most customer-friendly individuals of any purchase we have made in our 47 years of marriage! They were all extremely courteous and genuinely interested in our total satisfaction. Individuals of note that recently went above and beyond are Denise of the Paramus outlet, as well as Lavie. After realizing it wasn't the right fit, I exchanged it, but unfortunately the replacement also did not work for me. What I was not made sufficiently aware of when purchasing/exchanging was that apparently you only get ONE exchange and are then completely stuck with the replacement mattress, even if it doesn't work for you. Had I understood that clearly, I absolutely would have approached the exchange differently. I contacted Sleep Loft asking for help and even offered to pay the delivery/exchange costs myself just to switch to another mattress they sell. I wasn't asking them to absorb the additional expense. Instead, I was essentially told the decision is final, and communication afterward has been extremely poor and unresponsive. This is especially frustrating for an online mattress retailer, where customers may be purchasing mattresses they have never actually slept on. A mattress is a major purchase, and comfort cannot realistically be determined from specifications or a brief impression alone. I was willing to remain a customer, purchase another mattress from them, and cover the additional delivery costs. The complete unwillingness to work with me, combined with the lack of responsiveness, has turned what could have been an easily resolved situation into a terrible customer experience. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Sleep Loft read every detail of their exchange policy beforehand and understand that if your first replacement doesn't work, you may be stuck with it. I would not have purchased from them had I understood how inflexible the process would be.

They're just made from 12% castor oil - The 12 year warranty would be the best in the business IF they had any intention of honoring it - The mattresses are only considered defective if they have up to a 1.5" indentation. 1.4" is plenty to make them very uncomfortable and unhealthy Google "Keetsa Mattress" if you want all of the details of our experience. I own keetsa-mattress (dot) com among others, as I informed Keetsa I'd be telling this story far & wide. UPDATE: I'd like to add here that Josh at the NYC store is actually very nice and was quite helpful and kind in email. It's not his fault that this product is really terrible and the warranty is a lie.

He was also incredibly detailed in marking sure he had everything he needed from me. I sent him some picture with a dresser blocking a power outlet I had forgotten about, and he knew to make sure to ask me if there was such an outlet behind it. He also responded within 24 hours. The Unit was shipped on time, and handed off to a great freight service. Usually the last mile is a problem for some furniture services because of the service the company chooses. I can tell Vitsoe makes sure every part of their customer lifecycle is taken cart of. The unit itself is beautiful. I remember first seeing it in the Dieter Rams SFMOMA exhibit years ago, and have wanted it ever since. It's well constructed and timeless, though I imagine if you're considering buying it you already know what you're getting.
