History
Established in 2016.
After 30+ years in C-suite roles, I founded Saadat & Associates to offer something I often didn’t see as a client—true partnership and execution. I work hands-on with founders to drive clarity, strengthen operations, and improve profitability—not just advise. I have a particular focus on female founders, combining business strategy with a psychology-informed approach to address the real barriers to growth and profitability. I take on clients selectively to ensure alignment—because that’s where meaningful, measurable results happen. Services: launch, growth, expand and one common denominator: profitability.
