the fact that I can get fresh deli meat including buffalo chicken and smoked turkey delivered to my home on a third-party app is a true BLESSING for my family. the service is kind and efficient. we are so lucky they are here in Canton. thank you for being a local legend! read more

I come here all the time for my meats and they're always good quality and the owner/family are wonderful people. But I want to mention something specific as recently I made an order to pick up and one of my family members retrieved it but unfortunately they gave us the wrong order. When I called and let them know that one of their staff (Nedal I believe was his name) said he would personally drop it off at my house and pick up the wrong order. I could have picked it up later, but the fact that they would go the extra mile like that says a lot about their commitment to customer service. Thank you guys! read more

One of the cleanest and organized butcher store in the canton area. This place is busy most of the time especially weekends. They also have wide selection of middle eastern and IndoPak grocery's. They have separate meat counter in the front with different kinds of halal meat. We used to get baby goat only from Farmington hills until a friend referred this place. I placed an order online and it was always ready when I went for pick up. We have ordered baby goat few times here and the quality has been consistently good. Its convenient to place an order through their app as well. I would recommend this store for all your meat needs. New Bombay grocers is located near by. Shared parking space. read more

Great place to get halal meats and other groceries! The owner and his son are always there and super friendly. Enjoy going here for fresh cuts of meat- from chicken to goat. They cut the meats right in front of you how ever you like it. From strips to cubes; bone in and bone out. They'll trim the fat out for you as well while cutting whatever you want. Prices for the meats are also well priced. Never a bad experience read more

Excellent CS - great people, great quality meats

Saad is the place to go for anything Middle Eastern. Their specialty is as you guessed it....meat. You don't have to be muslim to eat halal meat. The meat is clean and fresh. Much much better than you would find in any grocery store. If you go to Mid-Eastern restaurants and like Chicken Tawook, Shish Kafta, Chicken Kafta....go see Saad before your next barbecue and pick up some fresh meat, they will pre-season it or pre-marinate it. All you have to do is toss it on the grill. Oh and if you like Shatila baklava in Dearborn and live west of Dearborn like I do. Saad stocks trays of Shatila baklava. read more

Very clean place, they have the freshest meat in the area and a big variety of middle eastern groceries

Best quality by an amazing family of happy people who truly care. The meat selection is always awesome. They have some harder to find lunch meats like corned beef. They are very honest, hard-working people who know the value of their customers and make it a point to let you know you're appreciated. read more

The best meat market ever!! They have absolutely everything you need ! I don't shop anywhere else. Cleanest and affordable.

I am speechless everything Arabic you will need in one store in Canton of all places. Owners and family members always smiling and super friendly. Talk about people that love their job and do it with heart and great attitude. Where do I start cleanliness of the store it's always super clean everything is organized nothing is on the floor the meat is always fresh the deli everything else is amazing anytime I need to run out for an item or two the right down the street thank you to this amazing family for opening a store in Canton we love you. read more

The service here is super friendly! I come here if I *need* Halal meats when cooking for a friend, otherwise it is unfortunately a little too far away from home to shop here on the regular. As a non-Halal needing person, I have to say the difference in appearance, feel, and the way the meat cooks, is very interesting. Honestly, it seems a lot fresher and a lot less processed than what you'd buy in the grocery store. Again, it is a bummer I live so far away. I really like all the different candies and products they carry. Some of them I am familiar with, as they have a lot of candy and chocolate from Europe. If you are looking for Kinder, Ritter Sport, Bounty, etc. you may want to come here first before you pay half your pay check at more expensive gourmet markets for the same products. read more

Outstanding quality and prices, plus great service! I notice all of the reviews mentioning quality and cleanliness are fairly old - I've only been shopping here about a year, so I don't know if it changed ownership or what, but there have never been any such issues on my frequent visits. My MIL is super picky (bordering on germaphobe) and she shops here all the time too. They have a bigger selection of meats and cuts than is displayed at the butcher counter, so don't be afraid to ask if you don't see what you are looking for. It's difficult to imagine a better place to buy lamb, goat, or chicken around here. read more

Recently moving from Connecticut I was worried would I find a good halal meat market. We are strictly halal eating family and I was blessed to find Saad Meats. After giving other shops a try this one hands down is the best. They have everything a Desi would need and have things from Middle East, Asia and Europe. But what really made me LoVE this place is the family and their customer service, how they make you feel welcomed and treat you like family! This is the only Halal shop I go to now! read more

Saad Meats just recently opened a restaurant on their bakery side, and I am a fan. First, their fried chicken is the best I've tasted. It's made when it is ordered, so it is incredibly fresh, crisp and tender. I ended up heating some chicken back up twice after getting it home, and it was still tender and yummy. Fried fish, wrap sandwiches, all tasty. Their onion rings are battered, enormous and delicious. There are a few tables if you want to eat there, but the majority of their business is carry-out. I will be back. read more

Nice people and great prices. We always buy fresh meat from here. Specially now as the store is renovated, it looks more clean and organized. Recommend to everyone read more

The fried chicken is to die for. Love it. Just order 10 breast to take to Grand Rapids.

Wasn't so impressed with the lamb meat that i bought here. The meat was definitely not fresh. And this place stinks of raw meat, to a point where you need to be worried about carrying the stink on you. read more

Great authentic Lebanese food. Really nice family that owns it. Love their zaatar manaeesh.

Very friendly staff! Great meat quality for the great price! I am glad I found this market on Yelp!

I got the cheese bread and meat pies from here and they were great! This place is in a great area as well, only a few minutes from my house!

There fried chicken is absolutely amazing! They are so friendly, good prices. There meat and cheese and Zatra maneesh are phenomenal better than driving to Dearborn. He uses real meat in his meat pies it's not all tomatoes and onions. Yum! read more

they are really good in meat prices, compare to other halal meat in the area, and love the friendly smiles, and they got everything that a desi might need or want read more

I LOVE Saad meats. Quality and service are outstanding. Give them a try and you will never go elsewhere.

Honestly I hate to ever take business away from anyone but from my experiences they have poor quality products. This is after getting meat there on multiple occasions. Even when I am desperate for halal meat now I would prefer to drive somewhere else to get it or opt for a vegetarian meal. Everyone inside is really nice but significant improvements need to be made in the meat quality and freshness. read more

I came here before I moved to canton and the Butcher remembered me a few weeks later after I moved. They are really nice people and the Chicken prices are great. Some stuff you can find cheaper by a little, but I love the service to a dollar difference on somethings won't make a difference for me. Also, I tried their fried chicken from the restaurant. It was amazing!I would highly recommend it and I am super glad to have stumbled on this place! read more

Good customer service and they have a wide verity of arabic items.. their prices are very good

LOVE this place.... They have great prices compared to other placed that are in the area. I love that they are local as opposed to getting meat from a big box grocery store. Friendly service!!! read more

Saad is the BEST grocery store to go if you want halal meat you can trust and the best customer service. I've been going here since they opened and they know me and everyone else who walks in by name. Best halal meat market in canton! read more

We have been buying groceries and meat from Saad Meats for about 10yrs now. They are very helpful and attentive to the needs of their customer. I only had one occasion when the lamb I bought smelled off, they took it back no questions asked. Although We have moved to a different city, we still come to Saad when we need bulk meat for parties. Best of luck to the best meat shop in town. read more

This is the best place if you want fresh and quality meat. Saad always make sure you get the best meat. I'll never buy meat anywhere else.
