Arby's - Sandwiches Near Me - Canton, Michigan

I had a moment, a couple of years ago, where I remembered that Arby's has curly fries. Until that moment I had not had Arby's in maybe....decades? My elementary school would bring them in a few times a year for a special lunch and we'd all go nuts trying to outdo each other on the amount of horsey sauce we'd dump on our roast beef sandwiches. I also severely missed the curly fries of the defunct A&W by my house growing up (they paved paradise and put up a Baptist Church parking lot). It's hard out here for a geriatric millennial. Anyway, I remembered the curly fries and I immediately had to go to Arby's and that kick started my visits here. This one is right by my mom's house so I semi-regularly treat myself to a medium curly fry when I'm over there and it's always been a pretty good experience in the drive thru. Fries are hot and crispy and the service is pretty speedy. No wait, either. Sometimes I even go wild and add a chicken slider (pretty good!) but I still haven't gotten back on the horsey (sauce) and had a roast beef sandwich since the early 90s. Maybe one day soon! I been to this Arby's several times. Honestly, compared to the one on Belleville road, it's not as good. First , how do you run out of roast beef?! You are a roast beef sandwich shop! THEY RAN OUT OF ROAST BEEF! Second, they don't run the same specials (4 for $10 roast beef) and the staff is generally indifferent. Overall: Pass. Try the Belleville road Arby's instead! Awful food wrap came cold and was very hard. Only three pieces of chicken. Ordered a large crinkle fry was given a curly fry. Then when I corrected them, they gave me a small crinkle fry instead of a large crinkle fry still. Definitely not recommend this place read more

There comes a time in one's life, when you need a departure from traditional fast food burger joints. While I enjoy a Big Mac or a Whopper like most everyone else, my taste buds can be very discriminatory and often ask for more. Thankfully, the new Arby's on US-12 in Canton gives me that much needed departure from the norm. I was impressed with how clean this place was when I walked through the front door. Everything is modern and efficient. You place your order at the far end, and then pick it up at the other end of the long counter. Moreover, the staff was friendly, well trained, and knowledgeable about their products, which is always a major plus. The manager on-duty told me this is their new style restaurant design, which is being rolled out across the nation, especially in the Midwest. Eventually, as other Arby's Restaurants are remodeled, they will have the same basic features as this location. I decided to order my all-time favorite, the Arby's Super Roast Beef Sandwich, which is from their now "secret menu" selection that is not advertised that much anymore. Amazingly, this was the first signature sandwich that was offered circa 1970, and it's the standard by which I judge every Arby's I visit. Thankfully, this local place passed this litmus test with flying colors, complete with plenty of Arby's special red sauce to go with it. The manager who was on duty saw that I was doing a check-in on Yelp, so she gave me plenty of extra coupons to use, and share with my friends. first of all I would like to preface with saying that I worked for Arbys on Michigan Avenue and lotz back in 2018, before corporate took over, Arbys used to be a happy environment where things went wrong. We still were nice. I had a sandwich that was made incorrect, and when I called to ask if they could have one remade that was no issue, however, when I got there to get it remade, there was no apologies. They wanted to see my sandwich and took it back over-the-counter seeing that is not serve safe at all taking food back over-the-counter that's one way to get shut down so I'm putting this review out there that they are not following serve safe food handling procedures, and also on top of that they wanted to make sure that they did not put the liquid cheddar or some other thing like that when they opened up my sandwich after taking it back. I love Arbys, but not this one go to the location on Michigan Avenue and lotz. They treat people nicely and admit when there are mistakes. read more

This location sucks. I came here on two occasions, and from now on, I'll just go to the other location near I-275. First time, I went inside at around 8:00pm. I don't know what time they closed, but the store was trashed, as if the workers were already closing down everything. They had a stereo blaring music really loud. No workers were found, except a lady cleaning the lobby tables. I uncomfortably stood there for at least 10 minutes waiting at the counter. The same lady stopped cleaning and very slowly took my order of cheese sticks and a large fry. The cheese sticks were good, but the fries were nothing but old crumbs. A few days later, I decided to try again and went through the drive-thru late at night. The service was quick and friendly. I got home 15 minutes later and realized my order was messed up, because I foolishly didn't check before I left. It was too late to go back, and I had to find something else to eat. read more

Worst Arby's I have ever been to. I ordered two regular roast beef and one buffalo chicken sandwich. The buns on the roast beef sandwich's were stale, smashed and folded over. The beef was hanging out the sides and tasted like it had been in a refrigerator for a week. The chicken sandwich had so much sauce the buns were soaked through and you couldn't keep the filet between the bun. Ended up having to eat it with a fork and threw the soaked buns away. I have been an Arby's customer for many years but this place may have cured me of ever going back. read more

Arby's is a nice change of pace from the typical fast food hamburger joint and they seem to have a discount or coupon available most of the time. They currently have a Happy Hour which includes a small Shake for $1. My wife loves their Shakes and I try to get her an afternoon treat if I drive by. The Roast Beef Sandwiches are quite good and the Horsey Sauce tops it off. They also have a pretty good Chicken and Fish Sandwich as well. If you haven't been for a while, watch for their coupons and try Arby's out for a change. I know I will. I'm going with 4 Stars and I'll be back... read more

Terrible service. Don't go here. Woman working was rude and had attitude and didn't want to serve my family cause they closed in 20 minutes. She proceeded to argue with a co worker stating that she wasn't going to take any more orders at 8:40pm when they closed at 9. Bad experience will never go back. To the owner of this location. My husband went there yesterday to pick up dinner. I want 2 French dip sandwiches. When he came home, the sandwiches were here, but NO DIP!!! HOW CAN I HAVE A FRENCH DIP WITH NO DIP. WTH Arby's??? Everytime we get food, the order is never correct! I usually blame my hubby, but this time I know it wasn't his fault. The prior review was when this Arby's location opened. However, in February 2017, when we "dined in," the floors and tables were dirty and sticky. Employees could be heard laughing and talking and not working. We will be contacting Arby's headquarters regarding this. I cringe when I think of what the ktichen where the food is prepared is like! read more
