At our second call, the issue was not resolved (by Chris himself), and he had to send an employee out again the next day. Would not have been a big deal but on our third try with Belli, they refused to go out and get the needed part. That's standard for a plumber. But suddenly they had a new policy that they would not make any purchases because supposedly another client was unhappy with a prior purchase. They refused to listen when I told them I didn't care what they purchased, and Chris never bothered to respond to my email. Needless to say, we immediately hired another plumber who came right out (after purchasing the part) and did a great job, and this was our last attempt to work with Belli.

I had been using a local service with a monthly support agreement but recent experiences with under trained techs led me to search for someone more familiar with my boiler. After having been quoted $4,900 to repair my boiler for error codes and inaccurate pressure readings from Company A, I contacted Welter and he came in and assessed a few problems. The issues were addressed efficiently, parts were replaced, connections were repaired the boiler was deemed ready for service and the total bill amounted to less than 20% of Company A. Long story short, Welter is an experienced plumber, heating pro, with a positive attitude and excellent troubleshooting skills. Highly Recommend Welter for any heating / hot water issues.

Called them twice (yes, to their credit they will send someone out quickly) after our longstanding plumber retired. Both times the different service tech gave the same recommendation. "You need a new boiler and we can have it installed within the week. 10-15K." First problem was actually a failed pressure relief valve (much less than 15K). Second problem was just a leaking gasket (MUCH MUCH less than 15K).
