Well, the owner started my lashes which were not individuals and she kept being interrupted with customers that she had to check out. Then she said she couldn't finish my eyelashes because she was too busy. I was scheduled for a flight the next morning and I was pissed. I left the salon with few eyelashes in and it looked like a complete mess. Of course she didn't charge. I lost trust at that moment. This time Joanna did my nails and they were NOT Gel X nails. The whole process was different and they were so thick it looked like I had a few fills done on them. I asked her if she was doing the Gel X like I requested and she assured me she was. I ended up going out of state and went to get my nails done in GA and they said no way did I get Gel X nails. AND she charged me $75.00 and I gave her a $15.00 tip!! I will never go back there or recommend True Nails. Horrible way to treat a customer. Look at the picture!
